Hello!  Melanie joining you for a fun birthday card idea. 

Glad to have you stop by today! This is a big month of birthdays in our family. Between my family and my husband's family, we have 9 birthdays in 12 days! So in honor of all the birthday celebrations, I am sharing a birthday card with you.

It is no secret that one of my favorite characteristics of SRM stickers is their seamless look on paper. I love how they can be added anywhere and cut to fit perfectly, if needed.

I added a piece of gold shimmer twine to the tag as well. The Happy Birthday sentiment is from We've Got Your Sticker/Happy Birthday.

Snowflake Christmas Ornament by Tenia

Hey Y'all!!!

This ornament was pretty easy to make!! I created this ornament using Quick Cards/Merry , We've Got Your Sticker/Merry and Baker's Twine/Gold Shimmer!  Easy peasy lemon squeezy!!! Crafting with my Daughter by Melanie

Hello! Melanie here to share a project my daughter made with some SRM products. She had some surprise treats for a friend in one of her theater productions. We picked out Halloween papers and SRM stickers. 

  

I tried really hard to let her do her own thing :) Sometimes that is hard to do! She asked me for suggestions a couple of times but I really wanted it to be her own creation.

She decided to use the Halloween Border stickers and "TREATS" from the Treats We've Got Your Sticker sheet.

To add some depth and texture, she added a strip of burlap with trimmed edges. Then she layered the pumpkin sticker on top of a large black scallop punched circle. She wrote her friend's name in white ink on a medium black scallop circle and tied it onto the bag using Black shimmer twine.

 

Love those green Sticker Stitches from the Halloween Border Stickers along the bottom!

This holiday is so much to our family. It's my sweet girl Mackenzie's favorite holiday. She loves fireworks. Karl loves watching her happy face light up and listening to her laughter. Patrick loves all of the "foods" he can eat in celebratory amounts of glee...though Patrick just loves food in general right now, he's 13.  

I love stars and red, white and blue and all the day symbolizes. 

I created a 5X7 frame for my mantle celebrating the USA. I used a ton of SRM goodness. There is A LOT of SRM goodness to choose from!

Here is the frame, it's actually a "shadow box" type frame, which works perfect for someone like me who layers "all the things"…☺

If you take a closer look at the details, you'll see twine, labels, sticker stitches, borders, tiny borders, patterned vinyl and even sequins.

Splish Splash by Shantaie

All occasion cards are by far the ones I find the most useful, I like to keep a stack of them ready to fill in quickly for life's little emergencies, a "thank you" or "I miss you" or even just to spread a little cheer.


You know nautical is always in style, but this summer it seems trendier than ever and that is fine with me!!! I really do love this updated version of vintage nautical. How perfect is that stripe of "splish splash" flowing along the bottom of the card? It is such a fun way to tie the whole card together!

For this card I used:

Watercolor Greetings by Shantaie

Hello! Have you ever wondered just how much fun it is to watercolor? Not only is it fun, the results are so pretty, and the best part?.....imperfection is applauded! win win my friends!  Nothing can be better than the feeling of being good at something on your very first try! A few simple swipes with gelatos on watercolor paper and a wet brush reveal a soft color transition just begging to be a card base!

I did my messy swiping in no a horizontal direction from top to bottom, after the water dried, I splashed a few spritzes of glimmer mist and added a gold butterfly die cut. For a greeting a SRM fancy sentiments stickers and a tiny section from little borders. The card is wrapped with a shimmer twine bow, because you can never have too much shimmer..... It's my alltime favorite twine!!!

The objective here was to make really fast and simple cards, that don't look fast! I think I can call this  "mission accomplished" :)

I do know this to be true, real cards from real people make a big differance in a persons day, they don't have to be pricey, or take hours to make, to make a big impact on someones day! :)

Home Sweet Home by Shantaie

Hi there! Shantaie here today to share a stamped card that is close to my heart.  I know for me home really is where my heart is, I travel for work and spend my time divided between two homes. I spend some months in Florida and some in New York.....it's not as romantic as it may sound as its all for business, but as long as my family is with me my heart is full!

"Home" comes in all shapes and sizes too, I made this card in honor of a friend who is selling her home and downsizing to a sweet little camper, what an exciting and fun adventure she is about to embark on! I felt a shaker card filled with pretties was the perfect way to go as a nod to her "shaking up" her life in such a bold and beautiful way! Sounds like so much fun doesn't it?

I used the super cute Jane's Doodles Home Sweet Home stamp set to create the house, clouds and hearts, and of course the sentiment stamped to a tag. 

The card is wrapped with a lace bow and accented with gold shimmer twine  and an epoxy button. The coloring is always so much fun for me, I used copics to shade the clouds and house, and those floating hearts!

A house or a hut home is most certainly where your heart resides! XOXO Shantaie

Be My Valentine Treat Bags by Shantaie

Hi, Shantaie here with a trio of candy filled treats for Valentines.

I filled my rustic linen bags with lace with jelly beans in shades of reds, pinks, and whites, you know how it is the red ones are always the favorites! 

I used the Valentine stickers by the dozen, over a gold flag and added a bit of extra bling with sequins. A corrugated glitter cardstock was used to punch out sparkly hearts, and a bitty tag stamped with hearts from the  tea time stamp set is tied on with my favorite gold shimmer twine 

I wanted my treat bags to be pretty and shimmery but still be super quick for last minute gifts or to make one for everyone the whole office! Spread the love! 

Happy day, and save a few red jelly beans for yourself. ;)

Bottlebrush Topped TUBES by Shantaie

Hello!  Shantaie here to share a fun project for the holidays.  

I'm pretty sure that a TUBE of Chocolate would be one of my favorite gifts ever! These are filled with kisses and have a snow glittered tree on top of each one. The lid is striped with a sticker greeting from the Gingerbread Stickers by the Dozen. 

A sparkling star tied on with a shimmery bakers twine bow holds a glass glittered stickered flag. 

Perfect for multiples, TUBES make gift giving easy and beautiful! 

Burlap Stocking with Lace by Shantaie

Hello!  Shantaie  joining you today with some holiday ideas. 

Decorating for the Holidays is a chore I truly love, I allow myself lots of time to put things up and enjoy the memories that each decoration brings me, I'm a lover of vintage meets modern, in my crafting, my decorating and my wardrobe. 

This burlap stocking is a lacey layered confection of vintage style but with a few modern twists. It was quick to put together and I could easily make enough for the whole family in a night, or make a few for a beautiful way to present a gift!

I added a glass glitter trim to the Holiday sticker sentiment, and cut my 2" lace ribbon into strips and tied it into a bow along with a fuzzy yarn and some seam binding for a wispy ribbon cluster. the chandelier tear drop is tied on with shimmer twine and that pom pom trim is from a bag of vintage trims I picked up at an estate sale.

This is the perfect way to use those little strips of trim you have in addition to the lace ribbon.I did sew the 4" lace around the entire cuff, and the other strips were layered on top in varying lengths, for an eclectic look. I think I may use this one on my front door in place of a wreath! Wouldn't that be pretty?!

Lacey Little Bits by Shantaie

There are some things that are just perfection, lace is one of those things if you ask me. I have always admired the ability lace inherently has to transform. Lace can be elegant or frilly, country or rock and roll but it never fails to elevate!

Hello!  Shantaie joining you today!  Here I have used a 4X4 window box as both a shaker and gift box for a set of  small enclosure cards or tags. Each card shares the common element of just a bit of lace ribbon, how delicious! This is one time where it's true....a little bit goes a long way!

These little cards measure in at just 3.75X 3.75 and use a clear sticker from the Happy Holiday sentiment sticker sheet and my new favorite twine gunmetal shimmer {its so pretty}

My shaker is filled with silver, blue and snowflake sequins, pretty papers and a row of sticker stitches in red. 

Just pop the cards inside and its ready to give! Or keep :)

Hello!  Shannon here to let you know it's quickly approaching! I'm not beating down the door to Christmas and the holiday season, but I'm just standing outside pacing. 

94 days....do you have a sense of wonder? Or a sense of panic? 

I'm here today to make your life a little easier. All you need is some cardstock (or pre-made tags), twine, stamps, mist, glitter glue, markers and some ingenuity. 

I used one sheet of white card stock to create these tags. I used a file and my cutting system to get an easy 20 tags out of the 12X12 sheet. Another easy way to get 20 tags? Buy some pre made ones. 

Using Jane's Doodles stamps from SRM (I used stamps you can purchase here: "Warm Wishes") 

I stamped on each tag. If you notice, I did not stamp them perfectly at all. They are all off center. This is perfect for people who aren't stamping gurus. I am among that category. I love stamps, I just get easily intimidated. 

Once you get them all stamped and they are nice and dry, you can begin coloring. That is always the fun part! After they're colored...you can use some mist and spatter it all over the tag, or if you aren't into that..skip it! You can also add the glitter glue at this time...this is also optional. 

Once everything is good and dry, add your twine. I simply threaded the twine through and tied a bow. You can either add another piece of twine to tie on a bag or gift...oooorr you can add a glue dot to the back and stick it right to a package!

I shared each set of 5 because I wanted to share all the fun little details.  And here's the products I used to create these fun little tags:

Burlap & Lace Christmas Stocking by Juliana

Hello SRM Fans, it's Juliana here. Christmas is coming soon, and I don't know about you, but I'm getting in the mood to start my Christmas crafting projects. This year, SRM Stickers has made it super easy to decorate with their awesome new Burlap Stockings! These stocking are 17 inches long and 7 inches wide, so they will hold all kinds of goodies.  I see some fun SRM Containers being decorated in the near future and being used to fill this stocking.

To dress up my stocking I adhered a length of the 4" White Lace to the cuff of the stocking. I then used a liquid glue to attach a piece of Gold Shimmer Baker's Twine to the top and bottom seam of the cuff.

To further decorate my stocking,  I added a gold foiled star and wire word. I love the little bit of shine these embellishments add while still keeping the overall design clean and trendy!

Burlap Christmas Stocking by Annette

Happy Day SRM Stickers Friends..

Annette Allen here with you today to share a fun Christmas stocking idea.

I am so excited that SRM Stickers is now offering these amazing Burlap Stockings. Now that we have a new puppy I knew this would be the perfect time to make him official with a stocking for Christmas. Every dog needs a stocking full of toys and treats.

Today I am playing with:

SRM Stickers: Burlap Stocking with Red Trim

SRM Stickers: Lace Ecru (2x25)

Baker's Twine: Gold Shimmer

 I did a little stitching to to add the lace to the stocking. I think the glue would leave a glossy look and I did not want that seam to show. I also used glossy accents to adhere the sequins to the lace. Since the sequins goes right over the glossy accents I was not worried about it showing through. I would recommend putting a scrap piece of paper inside the stocking just incase the glue leaks through. This will keep the stocking from gluing together.

Next I used Amy Tangerines stitching stencils and a sharpie to make the dots so I could stitch Sammy's name using the Twinery Twine: Gold Shimmer. This was very easy to do and the pen marks do not show because you are stitching right over them. 

Easy Peasy...

So many fun ways you can decorate these fun Burlap Stockings.

You could go crazy and add all sorts of fun things to your stockings.
