Clear Container Christmas Ornament by Juliana

Hello SRM Fans, it's Juliana here and today I'm sharing a fun and festive Christmas ornament that you can easily create using some of your favorite SRM Stickers Clear Containers. As you will see, gift boxes aren't just for gifts!

To create this ornament, I selected the Box Rectangle Clear Container. I then poked a hole in the center of the lid and tied a piece of twine to use for hanging the ornament after I was finished decorating it.

Next, I placed a small bottle brush tree inside the box and glued it to the bottom of the box. To give it a more festive feel, I added some faux snow and glitter.

After closing the box, I added a couple of border stickers from the We've Got Your Border / Christmas set. The final touch was the addition of a red bow to the top of the box.

I always love creating Christmas ornaments. They make wonderful gifts that both family and friends can treasure for years to come!

Tube Storage by Yvonne & OWH Winner!

Happy Memorial Day!  Thanks for dropping by.  Today we feature a fun project using SRM's Tubes! 

Yvonne Yam loves to store her embellishments in clear containers so that she can see what's in them without opening them.  SRM Tubes are a great way to store little bits and bobs. 



All she did was to cover the Mini Tube tops with a strip of SRM Border Stickers and then hot glue a bloom and leaves.  How fun!

Yvonne placed them in an empty jam jar, making a pretty and practical display.  

Wouldn't this make a lovely gift idea too?  I know more than one person that would love to receive this gifty treat!

New Product Reveal - Day #3 - Containers

SRM offers a wonderful selection of containers including Tubes, Clear Boxes, Glassine and Kraft Bags and now we are adding Kraft Pillow Boxes.  They are perfection especially with a doily and a bit of twine! 

These fabulous boxes come in 3 sizes (Large, Medium and Small) and are perfect for party favors or gift boxes.  Stamp them, emboss them or decorate with stickers, twine and doilies.  YUM!

Our latest food safe clear container is a triangle shape.  How fun to decorate this triangle box like a Christmas Tree or how about something for camping?

Valentine Treat Boxes by Laurel

Welcome to day #5 of Valentine's week here on the SRM Blog.  Hope you have enjoyed all the inspiration! 

Today Laurel Seabrook has used SRM's Rectangle clear containers as holders for Valentine treats.  YUM!  She's decorated them with SRM's Valentine Say it with Stickers and Labels by the Dozen and topped them off with Charcoal Twinery Twine. 

Laurel cut 4 panels of cardstock to fit inside the rectangular container that measures 2 1/2 x 3 1/2.  By cutting single panels, there is no need to score and they simply slide down inside the box.  So easy!  Laurel then adhered some SRM stickers to fancy up the front panel and slipped it inside and filled the container with some sweet treats.  So quick and easy.

Laurel then adhered a SRM Valentine Labels by the Dozen sticker to a scrap of card stock, trimmed it and tied it onto the container with some twine.

New Product Week: Day 2 - Fabric Bags

SRM has a large selection of containers and now we add more.  This time in fabric! We are doing Muslin bags in 3 sizes (Small 3" x 5", Medium 4" x 6 and Large 5" x 7").  You can stamp on them, stencil on them or decorate them with lace, ribbon, flowers, twine and even stickers!  See all of our fabric bags HERE.

See what Angi Barrs did using a muslin bag and some SRM Stickers!  So much fun!  Angi's such a sucker for muslin bags, I asked her to whip something up for me on the sly!  Who knew that SRM's clear stickers would work so well on fabric?  She loved using this one at Christmas.

And we are also offering Burlap bags in 2 sizes (Small 3" x 5" and Medium 5" x 7").  I love burlap and made a wedding favor using the 5 x 7 bag, some of SRM's new Take 2 Wedding stickers and a doily.  Easy peasy yet oh so pretty!  

I think we are going to have ourselves some FUN with these new fabric bags!

Halloween Treat Set by Latrice

Welcome to Day #2 of Holiday Week where SRM Design Team members give you great ideas and a head start on holiday projects.  

Latrice Murphy loves giving a little something special for each holiday and Halloween is no exception. Leaving this little treat for her kids will be such a great surprise to them.  She'll fill the glassine bag with their favorite sweet treat.  They don’t get too many sweets other than on special occasions so they’ll love this.  It took Latrice just a short time to cut a few strips of paper and add some gemstones to make something fun. 

Materials needed:

White cardstock

Patterned paper

Gemstones

Colored cardstock

ribbon

Washi tape

Circle punches

Love how bold and bright this banner is on the glassine bag.  Such a great contrast to the doily.

SRM Stickers and Containers are a perfect match.  Just add some ribbon and bling and you are good to go!

Want to make this project?  Here are the directions for treat bag: 

1. Start by choosing you patterned paper and cardstock to create the large banner piece on the glassine bag. 

2. Layer the pieces on top of one another along with a paper doily. 

3. Adhere your stickers and gemstone. 

4. Next adhere three Halloween circle stickers to white cardstock, punch them out with circle punches and adhere with 3D squares. 

5. Finish the glassine bag off with a couple lines of sticker stitches, add your treat and seal with washi tape. 

Directions for Pencil box:

1. Start by folding your box and adding sentiment pencils inside. 

2. Next choose sticker sentiments to add to the full length of the box. 

3. Using one of the square sticker shapes create a 3D embellishments. 

4. Finish off with coordinating ribbon and gemstones. 

Latrice said "It truly was easy and fast. Not to mention really fun to make. I love flawless these stickers are on paper. It looks like I printed them onto the paper and box. LOVE that!"

We love what you've done with SRM Stickers and Containers Latrice.  So adorable and so easy!  Now that's a winning combination. 

New Product Reveal Day #5 - Containers & Pencil Sentiments

If you love the SRM Pillow Boxes you are going to love the 5 new clear containers!  This darling little purse comes in 2 sizes, medium and small.  You can emboss it and/or ink it and decorate it to suit any occasion! 

Here's what Nina Brackett did with her little purse.  Can you believe how adorable this is with a scarf inside and the ends brought up and out the top and tied into a bow as part of the box decoration!  Nina also used the new Labels by the Dozen Valentine on this project and some Pink Sorbet twine.  And the "Oh, Happy Day!" sentiment is from the new Birthday Birdie Stickers by the Dozen.

How totally fun!

If you are looking for a tall, thin container that's perfect for gumballs this is the one.  It measures 1" x 1" x 8".  What a fun party favor!

How about a rectangular clear box?  So many things could fit into this little container.

Looking for a small square box?  This one measures 2" x 2" x 2".  Fun!

Love the glassine bags? How about a Kraft Bag, available in 2 sizes?  You can emboss and ink it too!
