Good morning! Michele here with a "pick me up" type of card! Sometimes we just need a bit of cheering up when life throws ya' those curve balls, you know? ;)  I love this set by Jane's Doodles called,  Rain or Shine.

I used my Misti and a bit of masking to layer the umbrellas and flowers.   They were colored in with Copic markers and then a bit of colored pencil.  I added Stickles to give it  some sparkle. 

 I also added clear dew drops and coordinating string.

Feel Better Soon Card by Juliana

Hello SRM Fans, Juliana here with you today to share a bit of spring time stamping with you using the new Jane's Doodles Rain or Shine stamp set.

I began by stamping all of my images onto watercolor paper and then colored them using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens. These pens contain a water based dye that can be blended to achieve a wonderful watercolored look.

Next, I fussy cut each image and adhered it to the die cut circle with double sided foam adhesive. I hope the cheerful spring-like colors I used will uplight the recipient of this card and bring them a bit of happiness on their road to recovery!

So simple but so fun for those special little gifts.

Rain or Shine Thank You Card by Juliana

Hi everyone! It's Juliana here with you and today I'm sharing a Thank You card I made using the adorable Jane's Doodles Rain or Shine stamp set. I love all of the spring themed stamps that are part of this set and I thought it would be super fun to combine the adorable rain boots with the little flower bouquet.

I stamped the images on smooth white cardstock and then colored them in using colored pencils. To help with blending the color, I used Gamsol and a paper stump. I then fussy cut the rain boots and the two bouquets of flowers. I wanted to the card to have a little dimension so I used double sided adhesive to adhere one of the boots and one of the bouquets. I then mounted everything on a SRM Stickers 4" white doily before attaching it to the card front.

I love this stamp set, it just makes me happy. 

The images are so fun to color and how about those sentiments? 

Perfect for cheering that special someone up.

I tried my hand at no line coloring again. This really does make for a fun card when you stamp your background. No patterned paper here just stamps and coloring.

Rain or Shine by Michele

Good morning! Michele here with a fun card using the new set called, Rain or Shine!  It is a super cute set and so much fun to color! I stamped the image with Versamark and embossed it in white.  I colored the scene using water colors.  Once it was dry I added polka dots with white epoxy and my gel pen.  

The sentiment was water colored in a dark pink to match the boots and then stamped once again with Versamark.  I embossed it in black this time though.  

 

I found some rainbow paper in my stash and thought it went perfectly with this image! I also added a few posies and some silk ribbon with twine.

Makes me excited for spring to come.

I have had enough of the snow here in Colorado.

• Make card from card-stock.
• I used a fun background die from Lil'inker Designs.
• Colored up these sweet images.
• Trim images leaving a hint of white and piece together using foam adhesives.
• Use the Large Scalloped Circle for the background and adhere to card using foam adhesives for dimension. 
• Finish up with stamping the sentiment.

Simple and Sweet.

Day #3 - New Product Introductions - Jane's Doodles Stamps

Welcome to day #3 of our new product introductions.  Today it's all about clear stamps from Jane's Doodles.  What a talent she is!  And we've added 6 more of her stamps to our collection.

The new "Love Birds" design is one of my favorites.  Good for any time of year when you need to say I love you!

And how darling is this bag from Annette Allen?  SRM's Muslin bags and Jane's Doodles Stamps are a winning combination!  

 How fun is this new design called "Under the Sea".  You are sure to get hooked on this stamp! :)

And finally is a wonderful flower design from Jane called "Daisies".  I love what Jane does with flowers!  And love that bee!

Annette allen created this beauty that will be in our CHA booth!  SRM's Muslin bag was the perfect palette for Jane's new Daisies stamp!
