Water Balloon Kit by Samantha

Hello! Samantha here with you today to share a fun summer gift. Today I'm using some SRM stickers and a pillow box to create a water balloon kit. 

For the container I used a Large Clear Pillow Box. This size will hold a full package of water balloons and one of the nozzles that you can use to fill water balloons. 

 I used a combination of the Live Life Calendar Year and We've Got Your Border Bright stickers to decorate the container and make it bright and summery. 

In our house summer means water balloon games so these kits will make a fun surprise for my kids...but I also think they'd make a great little gift for the kid at heart.

Christmas Card & Gift Holder by Lesley

Hello!  LESLEY here with some goodies for the holiday season.  

Christmas is close and I have been busy whipping up some fun gift card sets that I can use for hostesses! 

I decided to use a SMALL CLEAR PILLOW BOX with a DOILY and some sticker sentiments from the  FANCY SENTIMENT CHRISTMAS STICKERS and STICKER SENTIMENT WINTER.

I created some poinsettias with punches and added some gold accents and sequins to both my card and clear pillow box. SO easy but nice to fill with a gift card or some treats.

Bossy Joscie Christmas Containers by Shery

Hello, SRM friends! Shery here today with some fun projects!  Did you know that SRM products and Bossy Joscie Flairs go so well together? They do! I put together some Christmas stocking stuffers for my niece and nephews. 

And for my first stocking stuffer, I decorated a Small Clear Purse with lots of SRM goodies including We've Got Your Border Christmas. I layered red and green Punched Pieces, added Green Shimmer Twine, and topped it off with a Bossy Joscie flair.  How merry!



For my second stocking stuffer, I decorated flair from Bossy Joscie's Modern Christmas set, a 2" x 2" Square Box container with Live Life Christmas, Christmas Borders, and Take 2 Christmas stickers.  Love this little cutie!  That flair is the perfect final touch!

 And for my last one, I decorated a Medium Pillow Box with Take 2 Christmas, Sticker Stitches Christmas, Stickers by the Dozen Christmas, and a green Punched Piece.

 Put them all together they spell FUN!  What a merry batch of Christmas treats!

I'm really loving these clear containers, especially the small ones, because they're perfect to put small gifts inside and they are so easy to decorate, no matter what the occasion. You'll find no shortage SRM stickers to do that!

Soccer Team Treats by Lorena

Hi SRM crafty friends! It's Lorena with an idea to make quick treats for a soccer team. And when I say quick, I mean it. I find that basic when a project is meant to be mass produced! 

I chose soccer because it's the biggest sport both in my country, Spain, and also in the country where I'm posted right now, Bolivia. It's a big thing around here, I tell you. Much to my dismay. Why?  Because of my son. Well, he is terribly bad at soccer, so he needs as much encouraging he can get. And here's where team treats come into scene.  *wink*

I started with a medium kraft pillow box. I adore these cuties! They're perfect for holding a bit of candy, enough for a pick me up after the game but not so much that the other kids parents will be mad at you, ha!

I trimmed the sentiment from Say It With Stickers/Mini: Soccer, made it into a 4 line sentence and adhered it to the box. Then, I embellished it with a green scalloped border from We've Got Your Border: Halloween and a dotted line from Sticker Stitches: Black.

The final touch was some SRM Twinery black and white twine and a ball also from Say It With Stickers/Mini: Soccer. I adhered it to a bit of cardstock, fussy cut the ball, punched it and tied it with twine.

Pillow Box For You! by Annette

Need some inspiration for some small yummy gifts to give to friends or co-workers?  Annette Allen has created the perfect idea!  Using SRM's Large Clear Pillow Box, Fancy Sticker Sentiments, Silver and White Lace Doilies and Punched Pieces, here's a treat that's sure to please!

To create these fun flower doilies Annette just scored them in a few ares to be able to gather them and with a little glue she created this fun double layered flower.  

Then she added a Fancy Sentient "For You" onto a teal Punched Piece scalloped circle and voilá, your project is complete. If you click to enlarge the photos, you will also see a Fancy Border from the Fancy Sticker Sentiment that adorns the pillow box!   And your friend can re-use the container too!  It's the gift that keeps on giving!  How fun!

Doily Covered Boxes by Michelle

Michelle Giraud has created a wonderful idea using SRM's new Kraft Pillow Boxes and doilies.

The first box is a little wedding favor using the Large Kraft Pillow Box and the 6" Doily.  Michelle folded the doily over the back of the pillowbox and secured with a touch of hot glue.  The Mr. & Mrs sticker is a Take 2-Stickers by the Dozen Wedding and is adhered to 2 of the Punched Pieces scalloped circles in white & black.  The bow and the circles were also hot glued on to the box.

For her second box, Michelle used the Small Kraft Pillow box as the base for a Christmas box to create a gold embellished look.  The 4" round gold lace doily was the perfect size and was hot glued to the front of the small box and the excess just fits to cover the sides of the folded box.  Michelle used Take 2 - Stickers by the Dozen Christmas for the sentiment and adhered it to a medium green Punched Piece.  Michelle decorated the Punched Piece with a white pen giving it little dots on each of the scallops.  This would be a perfect gift box for jewelry!  

Doilies and Kraft Pillow Boxes are a perfect combination.  Thanks Michelle for giving us some great ways to use them together.  

Party Treats by Latrice

When Latrice Murphy received her new SRM Muslin Bags she knew that she needed to play!  And what a darling trio of party treats she created! 

First, Latrice used some stamps to give her Muslin Bag a fun little background and to add texture to it.  She then added some enamel dots and a "wish" sticker and a birthday border sticker too!

She then placed a large Cupcake sticker on card stock, punched it out and added it to her bag.  Love the wooden "Hip Hooray!" embellishment!  So fun!

For her coordinated pillow box, Latrice added in some bright green card stock.  So bold and beautiful!  Again she added stickers, enamel dots, a wooden embellishments and don't forget the candy! :)

Wedding Favors by Juliana

Juliana Michaels is a pro when it comes to die cutting and she is loving the new Vinyl from SRM!  I asked her to create some projects that we could feature in the SRM booth at CHA and this is what she created, a trio of options for wedding favors.  Enjoy!

Her first favor is a glassine bag decorated with the happy couple in a beautiful teal, most likely the color of the wedding.  Juliana added a border and Mr. & Mrs. sticker from SRM's new Take 2 Wedding design and topped it all off with a trio of colors of Solid Twine:  Caribbean, Charcoal and Natural.

 

For her second favor, Juliana chose SRM's Medium Pillow Box and decorated in a fancy script Teal Vinyl.  The "always & forever" is a SRM Sticker too!

 

And for her 3rd favor option, Juliana chose a medium SRM Clear Purse.  She added borders from the Wedding Take 2 and diecut wedding rings and the date of the wedding.  She added an "always & forever" sticker to the rings and topped off the purse with some beautiful ribbon coupled with twine in Carribbean, Charcoal and Natural.  What beautiful wedding colors those make!
