Stamps & Stickers Cards by Michelle

Do you love to use stamps and stickers?  Michelle Giraud does and what beautiful cards she has created for us today!

For this set of cards Michelle used 3 1/2" x 5" card bases with matching envelopes.  The coordinated colors along with paper from Basic Grey, stamps from American Art Stamp and SRM Stickers make this a fun and easy set to make.  Michelle stamped her images in black ink and colored them with Copic markers.   The sentiments on all her cards and envelopes are from SRM's Happy Holidays Sticker Sentiment sheet.

Each card has a little bit of iridescent glitter on it for a touch of holiday sparkle! 

Michelle created 2 of her cards using a red card stock base and envelope and 2 of her cards using green.

Vintage Card by Angélique

Today Angélique Jarrier shares with us a vintage card with an Alice in Wonderland theme.  Using her mixed media, layered and textured style Angélique has created a wonderful, fanciful card! 

The "Just a Note" Fancy Sticker Sentiment Thinking of You sheet is just perfect for this card and blends in beautifully on the inked surface.  Clear stickers are perfect for any surface!

Christmas Card Gift Set by Yvonne

Quick Christmas Cards by Lesley

Lesley Croghan wanted to make a gift for a hostess to have on hand for the holidays. She thought a set of 4 cards put into a decorated glassine bag might work!  And it does!  What a perfect hostess gift! 

To create her 4 cards, Lesley used some simple white paper and cut it to be 4.25" x 8.50" and then scored and folded it in half. Then she used some patterned paper to create the "bases" for my SRM images and sentiments.  Lesley created 2 each of the following designs using SRM's Quick Cards Merry and Believe.

Using a simple formula, Lesley created 4 cards in no time flat!  She added some Charcoal Baker's Twine for the perfect finishing touch!

She also embossed her 4 3/4" x 6 3/4" Glassine Bag with a wonderful snowflake embossing folder.

Thanksgiving Table Treats by Latrice

Latrice Murphy loves creating special treats for her family!  For Thanksgiving she has created a pair fun Fall projects for her dinner table.  And she has also created a YouTube tutorial to show you how to make them.  To see the video, click HERE.  

Here is a fall leaf that holds a yummy clear box filled with holiday treats!  YUM!  Latrice used SRM's Say it with Stickers Thanksgiving for her tag.  To create the box, Latrice used SRM's Clear Box 2 x 2 x 2 and topped it off with some Mandarin Twine!

And for her place cards, Latrice added a special touch using SRM's Say it with Stickers Thanksgiving.  The clear "Thanksgiving Day" sticker on this place card is perfect.  And because it is clear, it sinks right down onto the paper and looks like it was printed on it!

There's still plenty of time to create these projects for your table.  They are quick and easy and oh so fun!

Stamps & Stickers Cards by Laurel

So many crafters love combining stamps and stickers.  Laurel Seabrook is one of those stampers who is hooked on SRM Stickers!  She created a pair of Christmas cards using a stamped Santa image and lots of SRM Stickers as sentiments, borders and decorative labels.  And she added some Twinery Twine in Charcoal as a finishing touch.

What a fun and fabulous pair!

Wedding Favors by Juliana

Juliana Michaels has created the most beautiful wedding or 50th anniversary favors.  For her first favor she decorated one of SRM's Clear Rectangular Boxes using a Krylon Gold Leafing Pen. Love the little gold dots scattered all over this clear box!

Juliana then placed stickers from SRM's Wedding Stickers by the Dozen on self stick glitter paper using a circular punch to mount the circle shaped sticker. 

For her second favor, Juliana used SRM's tall, thin rectangular box.  She hand cut the banner shape for the "love is" sticker from the same Wedding set. She then removed the backing and stuck the stickers onto the boxes.

 She also wrapped a length of Gold Shimmer twine and tulle around both of her favors to dress them up even more!

Picture Frame Calendar Tutorial by Shelly

Need some inspiration for a perfect Christmas gift?  Shelly Kurth has created a tutorial to teach you how to make a wonderful mini calendar using a magnetic picture frame, some stamps, ink, dies, burlap, card stock, seashells, twine and SRM's Mini Calendars.  

Here are the contents.

And here are the step by step instructions.

1.  Start with a Magnetic picture frame.  If you want to change the color of the frame, you can spray paint it. 

2. Take paper insert from frame and cut 12 pieces of white cardstock to the same size.

3. Ink up stamp and stamp in center of each cardstock piece creating 12 stamped pieces. 

4. Take each piece of stamped cardstock and place under frame. Mark lightly with a pencil so you will know where to place your sticker.

5. Place stickers on cardstock pieces. Set aside.

6. Working with a piece of burlap, pull individual strings off of it.  

7. Form burlap strings into a small bunch. Tie with another piece of burlap. Cut off ends of tie.  

8. Cut the top of the burlap strings, for some to be shorter and some to be taller.

9. Take hot glue and place some on the frame, where you want your burlap bunch to be.

10. Add burlap bunch. Set aside.

11. Take leaf die and use with kraft cardstock.

12.  Add seashells to frame using hot glue.

13. Now take a piece of twine and tie into a bow. Pull one side longer than the other and add to frame with hot glue.

15. Once everything is added to frame, turn over and place glass in frame. Add calendar cards and cover with the frames back piece.

And now you have a magnetic calendar with frame!  What a fun and fabulous project!  Thank you Shelly for all the inspiration.  What a great gift to make for a teacher or some of your co-workers.
