Shell Bag by Cassonda

Meet Cassonda Tadlock.  She's wild for SRM and you will be wild about her.  What a creative talent she is.  So thrilled to have her on our team.

Here's a wonderful project from Cassonda that just perfect for summer.  She made it to use which at the beach collecting shells.  She was recently visiting a friend, collecting shells on the beach and tried to hold them all in her hand, in her pockets and finally in a ziploc baggie.  She thought it would be so much better to create a wonderful little bag to collect and store all her shell treasures so she used a SRM Muslin bag to make it.

First she sprayed some Glimmer Mist on top of a Heidi Swapp stencil.  She let both sides dry, spraying one side at a time.  Once dry, she added the stamped shell images with some Stazon ink so that it would not rub off.

Then she went to work embellishing the bag to her liking.  She stamped and heat embossed a 2" SRM Punched Pieces with metallic powder and safety pinned in onto the bag with a larger 2 1/2" Punched Pieces underneath.

Then she added some Sticker Stitches on the bottom and a Summer Fun Sticker Sentitment as well.

What a great idea Cassonda!  I'm sure that you have inspired many of our readers to create a little collection bag just like yours!
