Shelly Kurth has created a sweet treat using SRM's new Doilies. What a great idea for a baby shower to have little favors at each table.
Take each doily and dab on the ink towards the middle/bottom of each one. After doing so, roll each one into a cone shape. Adhere close with adhesive. Then take twine and tie around each cone, tie in a bow. Set aside.
These little doily cones are so quick and easy to create. They go together in no time flat!
To create the holder for your party favors, use kraft cardstock and score the lines to make a square box 'cone holder'. Before assembling it together, punch holes in the top. Now assemble box together. Set aside. Take patterned paper, place sticker on it and cut it out. Tie a piece of twine around the box. Then place foam squares on back of sticker piece and adhere to box, covering the knot from the twine. To change the theme of this box, just change the SRM sticker you choose. This could be for a wedding, a birthday or any holiday. So cute!
There are so many wonderful things to do with SRM's new doilies. Thank you Shelly for sharing a very creative idea!
