Fall is in the Air project and Corri Garza used a SRM clear box as a vase to hold a rosette bouquet center piece. What a beautiful idea.
Here's how you can create Corri's bouquet. She used her Silhouette Cameo to cut 3 rosettes. If you don't have a cutting machine, you can easily make these by trimming a piece of pattern paper to 1-1/4"x 12" and using a scoreboard to score every 1/8". Fan fold the strip and hot glue the ends together to form a loop. Flatten your rosette and hot glue a square to the front and back. Apply one of the leaf stickers from the Thanksgiving Say it with Stickers the square.
Corri used hot glue to adhere the rosettes to wooden skewers. She trimmed the blessings and gratitue portion of the sticker and applied to white card stock, folded in half, trimmed the ends and wrapped around skewers.
To hold the skewers in place, Corri used a foam ball from the craft store. Trim the foam to fit in the clear box and cover in kraft paper shreds. Trim the top flaps off the box. Glue the foam down to the bottom of the box and add filler.
Thanks for the inspiration Corri! Those SRM clear boxes can be used in so many different ways!
