Happy Graduation by Melanie

It's Graduation time! Here's an idea for a graduation card by Melanie Jarocki. ;

Melanie says, "I created this card using Graduation Stickers by the Dozen. The circular image stickers work perfectly with a 1-1/4" circle punch, and are easy to then mat with a 1-1/2" circle. I added small gems to highlight the sentiment and add detail to the hat.
