Paper Flower Tutorial by Jane

You will love Jane Beljo's paper flower technique and find hundreds of uses for them on your papercrafted projects! Enjoy, this tutorial is part of our ongoing feature to bring more instructional posts to you!

You can use any flower dies and/or cut your own flowers...the flowers don't have to be perfect because you will be curling and pinching the petals.

You will need to cute your flower petals deeper for this project;

Curl the petals with a toothpick;

Pinch and mold the petals. Depending on the type of paper you use, you will get different results;

You can also ink the edges of your petals for some depth and/or add a spritz of shimmer. Add gems to the center.

And now you have a gorgeous paper flower embellishment!

Jane cut down a Tube and filled with new Mascara and Eyeliner (perfect girly gift!) and placed a handmade rose on top.

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you've give Jane's flowers a try and post your work in our Gallery for us all to enjoy! Have a wonderful weekend.

I loved the way you decorated the tag and THANKS for the tutorial! It looks easier than I thought it would be. The Mascara and Eyeliner was a great gift idea. This may be a great idea for a bridal shower gift or use as a tag on a birthday gift.
