Tessa Buys is occasionally asked to plan a birthday party for one of her dance students. She just couldn't say no to Chelsea, who had a Rock Star party at the dance studio. Tessa created a special magic wand for Chelsea using the colors and theme of her party. The wand is filled with fruit flavored tootsie roll candies. Needless to say, Chelsea loved it!
