First I stamped the Doily. Next filled with some yummy kettle corn. Finishing it with Labels by the Dozen (Made By) paired up with Large Scalloped Circle Punched Pieces. I stamped a sweet for you sentiment from Lil'inker Designs and placed the doily on  the A7 Clear Bag Envelope and wrapped with The Twinery: Buttercream. 

A simple but SWEET treat for all your party goers.

Little Miss Mia Thank You Cards by Tessa W.

Hello!  It's Tessa Wise sharing today!  I have a couple of cards to share using the adorable Little Miss Mia stamp set.  I personalized each one to look like my daughters.  I thought they would make cute teacher thank yous at the end of the year!

This first one features Mia with red hair, just like my little girl Natalie.

She was colored with Copic markers and then cut out.  The papers are from the Star Student collection by Bella Blvd.  The large Thanks sentiment from the We've Got Your Sticker-Thanks sheet is perfect on this one!  I love how it looks at the bottom of the panel.  I also added a bit of Midnight Blue Baker's Twine as a little accent.

The second card features Mia with brown hair and freckles, just like my daughter Zoey.

I stamped her onto a white cardstock panel and colored her with Copic markers.  I used foam adhesive tape to adhere it to the center of my card front.  The papers on this one are also from Bella Blvd's Star Student collection.  The sentiment is from the We've Got Your Sticker-Thanks sheet.

I have had so much fun playing with the Little Miss Mia stamp set!  I love how you can personalize it any way you want :)

Design Team Requirements

You will be required to submit 2-3 assigned projects per month using SRM Stickers.

You will be asked to remain active at the SRM Stickers Blog as well as the Private Design Team Member blog.

You will be asked to participate in special events such as blog hops, challenges, and co-merchandising features.

Your term will be for the period of one year; July 15th 2015 through July 15th 2016.

Your work will be promoted to our retailers across the world.

You may be offered additional design team work for special shows, promotions, or publication materials.

As part of our strong relationships with other manufacturers in the industry, from time to time you will receive product to complement SRM Stickers, and to use for your samples.

Floral Spring Card Set by Lorena and WINNER!

Hi SRM friends! Lorena here with a card set to celebrate all things Spring. I had a lot of fun mixing and matching the different blooms from Jane's Doodles Doodle Flowers stamp set to come up with four different designs, and also decorated one of the lovely A2 clear card boxes to pack the card set.

As I always do when mass producing, I kept the design clean and simple. In this case, I added some interest and texture using patterned paper in the form of paper piecing, foam adhesive and enamel accents. The "Just for you" sentiment makes this card set perfect for any occasion.

Here are the four cards. I added some details with a white gel pen. You could also use a white chalkboard marker for this!

And here's a close up of the set together. Who wouldn't love to receive such a lovely gift?

Guest Designer: Kathy Racoosin

We are so excited to welcome Kathy Racoosin back to the SRM Blog today as a guest designer.  Kathy was on the very first SRM Design Team back in 2010 and she brought to our blog such amazing talent.  Since that time, Kathy has continued to blossom and grow into one of our industry's most talented crafters. 

Today Kathy is playing with a Jane's Doodles "Doodle Flowers" stamp and some of SRM's new chalkboard markers and SRM's new square kraft window box and the results are stunning.  

Want to create this set of beautiful set of cards all wrapped up in a kraft window box?  Read on for the instructions in Kathy's own words! 

 "Stamp flower with some black dye ink on each card. Cut the sentiment to fit the card base and stamp the dot boarder with white ink plus part of the sentiment. Stamp the other half of the sentiment in black ink. Color the flower with SRM's new chalk board markers. Add some black lines to the leaves and petals with a sharpie marker. Draw some circles inside the white dot boarder. Add some white dots with a white gel marker. Embellish the flower if you want by adding some white and black dots to the  inside the petals. Add twine to the white card base. Use foam tape to pop the front of the card. Score a back for the card and attach." 

 Stamp a strip of card stock to decorate the box and enclose the set of cards.  Wrap strip around the box and embellish with some twine. Perfection!

Love Is… by Cathy A.

Hello!  Cathy A. here with a lovely stamped and stickered card.  

My husband always sends me little cartoons called "Love Is...... " when I go away and they always make me smile!  That was the inspiration for this "Love is" card that can be used for an anniversary or wedding or just to say you love your better half!

The inside of the card was then stamped with Memento Angel Pink ink and the other part of the Forever sticker attached inside.

The front was created by stamping Penny Black's Bed of Roses stamp and then adding white embossing powder and heat setting.  The whole area was then coloured with Gelatos in Red Cherry, Bubble Gum and Guava. The 2 hearts were cut using a heart die and Platinum Shimmer twine bows were added and then topped with pearls. The card design was then layered and the sentiment from the Forever We've Got Your Sticker added to a scrap piece of white card.  This was then layered on pink card and attached to the card together with the hearts.

Sunny Smiles Card by Christine

Sometimes as I am playing around inspiration strikes.  As I was playing around with my Punched Pieces and dreaming of warm weather I had the idea to use them to make a Sunshine!  Christine joining you today to share a bright and cheery, perfect for spring and summer card!

To start I did a whole bunch of mist splatters in bright colors.  Then I layered the three sizes of Punched Pieces: Large, Medium, and Small putting some foam adhesive between them.  I then added a sticker from the Sentiment/Summer set right to the center of the sun.

Adding stitching for my rays brought in some fun texture and didn't take long at all!  I then topped the whole card off with some wood clouds and enamel dots/hearts.

Sweet Love Wedding Gift by Lorena

Hello there! Aside from the classic wedding registries, these days it has become very common (and convenient!) to gift cash to the newlyweds. But who says that cash can't be beautifully packaged, too, just like any other wedding gift? It's Lorena here today with an idea for that!

We've got your Sticker/Forever has tons of beautiful stickers perfect for decorating one of SRM's glassine bags. This bags add such a delicate touch! The size I used for this project also allows to add a handmade card with your wishes for the bride and groom.

Remember SRM's collaboration with 17 Turtles last month? I used one of the digital cut files to die cut the word "sweet" and, once again, I covered it with a couple of layers of embossing powder and heat set it. It looks like tarnished silver! Another idea if you don't want to mess around with embossing powder and a heat tool is to die cut the word from silver or glitter vinyl. Check out SRM's assortment of vinyl!

I adhered that gorgeous wedding bouquet to a piece of vellum and trimmed it, and the word "love" was adhered to a strip of silver cardstock. A twine bow in Platinum Shimmer helps to "tie" everything together (pun intended!). I didn't want to leave without sharing a closer pic of the silver embossed word. Look at that shine!

A Be-You-tiful Layout from Cathy H.

Hi everyone!  Cathy H here with you today and I have a Be You tiful layout of my little granddaughter.  She is just so sweet and my hope for her as she grows is that she is always true to herself...Be You!
 

I used the Life Is Good Sticker Sentiment Set to add a couple added sentiments to the layout.  I love using the SRM clear stickers for added details on my layouts...the sentiments look like they were printed right on the paper.  So much fun to add the sentiments over washi tape.  

Valentine Sticker Stitches are perfect embellishments too!  I also added a little yellow scalloped border sticker under a vellum quote, it's from the We've Got Your Border/Thank You set.  And as always my final detail is Caribbean Baker's Twine.  Can't live without my twine!
