New Product Week: Day 2 - Fabric Bags

SRM has a large selection of containers and now we add more.  This time in fabric! We are doing Muslin bags in 3 sizes (Small 3" x 5", Medium 4" x 6 and Large 5" x 7").  You can stamp on them, stencil on them or decorate them with lace, ribbon, flowers, twine and even stickers!  See all of our fabric bags HERE.

See what Angi Barrs did using a muslin bag and some SRM Stickers!  So much fun!  Angi's such a sucker for muslin bags, I asked her to whip something up for me on the sly!  Who knew that SRM's clear stickers would work so well on fabric?  She loved using this one at Christmas.

And we are also offering Burlap bags in 2 sizes (Small 3" x 5" and Medium 5" x 7").  I love burlap and made a wedding favor using the 5 x 7 bag, some of SRM's new Take 2 Wedding stickers and a doily.  Easy peasy yet oh so pretty!  

I think we are going to have ourselves some FUN with these new fabric bags!

Valentines by Michelle

Starting on January 6th we will be celebrating "Valentines Week" on the SRM Blog.  For 5 days we will be showing you some amazing ideas for creating Valentines using SRM Stickers and there will be a BIG giveaway each day. In anticipation of "Valentines Week" today we are featuring some projects from Michelle Giraud who has created a pair of Valentine treats that are totally sweet! 

Using a small clear purse from SRM, Michelle added some stickers from SRM's Say it with Stickers Valentine design and Valentine borders to create this yummy little Valentine gift.  

I love the little heart charm placed over the heart sticker.

 And from the same Say it with Stickers Valentine sheet and Valentine Borders sheet, Michelle created this precious card.  The pretty pink ribbon and pink twine are the perfect compliment to this card.  Michelle loves stamping and using stickers and you can see why.  The results are perfection!

Happy New Year by Roberta

With some SRM New Year's stickers and an invitation sticker Roberta Rosi made an invitation , a decorative flag and a party favor for a New Year's Eve dinner.  

Roberta used white and ivory card stock glittered gold paper and some black for the invitation and the flag.

In the tube, she put magical sparklers and some confetti to help celebrate the arrival of the new year.  She decorated the tube simply with one sticker and some twine.

Using a blank "You're Invited" sticker, Roberta mounted it on white card stock and tucked it into a pocket, added a touch of glitter paper and twine.

Button Holiday Cards by Latrice

Merry Christmas!  We at SRM hope that you are having a wonderful day with friends and family.  

If you have dropped into the Blog today for a quick visit, we give you a gift of a simple set of cards made by Latrice Murphy.  Latrice Murphy used a premade kit and changed up the cards making them the way she wanted them. You don't always have to follow the rules and make cards exactly like the photo. Latrice kept the base design with the ornament buttons, but then added more interest with the banner sentiment and either a scalloped sticker or sentiment strip from SRM. Latrice used SRM's Quick Cards, Borders and Stickers by the Dozen on these cards.  Just change the theme of your stickers and you can have cards for birthday or any holiday.  Easy peasy and so adorable!

Life is Good Layout by Juliana

Juliana Michaels uses a combination of Express Yourself Everyday Life and Sticker Stitches Black to create this lovely layout featuring her niece. This time of year we are with so many friends and family and make lots of memories.  Thanks for the inspiration with this lovely layout Juliana!

The sentiment stickers from Everyday Life are perfect for adding fun phrases to a scrapbook layout and they help to record the memories you make.

The Sticker Stitches are the perfect accent to the die cuts and patterned paper Juliana used that also has faux stitching.

New Year's by Corri

Are you ready to ring in the new year?  Corri Garza is with this fun set she created using SRM's Say it with Stickers New Years and New Year's Quick Card.

New Year's Party by Angi

Here's a really fun idea for a New Year's celebration for kids or teens from Angi Barrs.  Instead of a New Year's Eve party, Angi suggests a daytime celebration.

Here's how it works:

New Year's Eve is not only for adults.

How about doing something fun for the kiddos & teens in your life?

Throw them a "Noon Year's Eve Party"!!!!

We'll need an official invitation, of course!

Start the countdown, grab your fave snacks, turn up the music, and set a fun and festive table.

You can use real glasses for teens and plastic ones for the smaller kiddos.

Place popcorn, candy, or sparkling apple cider in the glasses. 

Dress up each glass and table place cards with SRM Stickers.

Labels by the Dozen Gift Set by Corri

Corri Garza used SRM's Labels by the Dozen and a medium sized clear purse to create the most adorable birthday gift set.  

First she embellished the purse with a small pinwheel, added a label and filled it with shred.

Corri then made a coordinating card measuring 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" using another Label by the Dozen embellished with a yummy cupcake from SRM's We've Got Your Sticker HAPPY design.  The "make a wish" sentiment is also from that sheet. 

Put them together and you have the most adorable pair!

Valentine Mini Cards by Laurel

Laurel Seabrook is getting a jump start on her Valentine's Day Cards.  Every year she makes her own Valentines to give to the students in her class.  The SRM Stickers came in very handy and will definitely make creating the rest of her cards as quick and easy as these ones were.

Using the Valentine Stickers by the Dozen, Laurel can create 12 cards from just one sheet!

And the Valentine Borders are just adorable!

Here are 4 of Laurel's cards.  Now she needs to make more for the rest of the students but that will be easy peasy using her SRM!  Lucky students!
