Soccer Champ Layout by Emma

Hello SRM fans!  Emma here today to share a quick and easy soccer-themed scrapbook page with you.  You may have read in my bio that I am originally from England, having moved here to Ontario, Canada over 10 years ago.  Soccer (or football as we prefer to call it) is a huge part of a lot of British people's lives, as the most popular sport.  It's fair to say I am a big fan, and have followed my London-based team, West Ham United, for over 35 years.  They aren't the most successful team (to put it mildly), but I can't imagine supporting anyone else.  Luckily the TV channels here show a lot of the games, so I don't miss out as often as I did when we first emigrated.
Canada is very focused on ice hockey, but they do also have a lot of kids' soccer programs which is ideal for our family.  My son has played for the past 2 years, and really loves it.

SRM has some terrific soccer-themed items, so for this project I chose the Stickers By the Dozen pack, and the Express Yourself Everyday Boy set to make my scrapbook page of this year's soccer pictures.

I used a plain blue cardstock background, and some patterned paper from Fancy Pants Designs to complete the page.  The date was stamped using the SRM Today, Tomorrow, To Do clear stamp set.

This was such a quick project to make, all thanks to SRM's products!  Scrapbooking in a jiffy, as we would say in England.  As a Mom, I am hoping for the day I can scrap pictures of my son playing for my beloved West Ham, or indeed for England.  He could even choose to play for Canada if he wanted to, thanks to our dual citizenship!

I hope you've enjoyed my project, and thanks so much for visiting
with us today.
Happy crafting,
Emma

Baptism Tip In by Samantha

Hello! Samantha here with you today. I have a Bible journaling baptism tip-in to share that uses lots of SRM stamps!  A tip-in is kind of like a bookmark.  Sometimes you may not want to journal in your Bible but you have something special that you want to have tucking into your Bible.  That's where a tip-in works well.

First up, here's everything I used to create my tip-in:

For stamps I combined BIG Trinity, I AmBirthday Plans, and Today Tomorrow To Do. By combining a few pieces from multiple stamp sets I was able to create something completely new and different than I would have if I stuck to only one set. I colored in my stamped words with ColorIn Watercolor Pencils

There are different reasons to create a tip in, but as you can see from the picture above, I created a tip in because I had already journaled on the page containing the verse I wanted to use (You can find all the details on the I am with you always page here). Instead of deciding I just couldn't journal about the verse I wanted to do, I added an extra page to my Bible in the form of a tip in so I would have more space.

I created my journaling with dates my sons were each baptized on a separate piece of paper (I chose a piece of faith patterned paper, but you could use card stock, journaling tags, or even vellum). Then I attached the page inside my Bible with a little bit of washi tape.

This baptism tip in is a great way to add some important dates to my Bible in a place where I've already journaled. Have you ever created a tip in?

God Is... Bible Journaling by Christine

Have you checked out the books of the Bible stamps that SRM now carries?  I love them and wanted to use them on my Bible Journaling with a focused list.  Christine joining you today with a Bible Journaling piece titled "God Is…"

I combined a bunch of stamp sets to create this project including:

I really like the script font of the word "God" from the Child of God clear stamp so I was excited to use that over and over! I used the 24 Pc Water Color Pencils and a circle template to create my background.

By combining the New Testament and Old Testament stamps with the Today Tomorrow To Do Planner Stamps I was able to cite each verse that the different statements came from.  A really great solution for a person who doesn't love her handwriting ;).

What different stamps and techniques are you incorporating into your Bible Planning these days?

October Planner Pages by Shantaie

I am a planner. True story.
I am not organized by nature and work quite hard work to keep track of my daily and weekly tasks...well I don't work hard anymore because planners keep me on track and more productive than I ever thought I was possible of.

I used to keep a "to do list" with lines and line of things to do {more busy work than actual productivity} There are tons of planners, and articles on how to use planners, I have read more than my share of them,  but......I have a secret to confess. I have not made my planners fun or used my creative supplies before now!!! { I know!!!!}

How is it possible that a long time paper crafter like me has resisted this awesome creative outlet? Fear. I was kind of intimidated by the idea of pairing my super structured planner with fun and art. {trembles in her chair}

This is my very first attempt, and although I could have reworked it to be perfect for this assignment, I chose to show you how easy it is, and even though I'm not a pro page planner designer just yet, I'm still super happy with it!!!

I am totally committed to using my SRM planner stamps every week, and I can't wait to share my pages with you in the future!!!!!

Planner stamps, SRM stickers, and LePlume markers made my page quick, fun, and useful.  Here's a list of the SRM stickers and stamps I used:

I Am With You Bible Journaling by Samantha

Hello!  Samantha here today to share some Bible Journaling with you.  I often Bible journal from notes I've taken from Sunday's sermon, but sometimes ideas come to me in other ways. Just recently my Amazing Grace Bible journaling stamp set was sitting next to my Today, Tomorrow, To Do planner stamp set, and I saw the "I am with you always" stamp from Amazing Grace and thought it would be really fun on a page with the "today" and "tomorrow" stamps from the planner set. Thus this I Am With You Bible journaling page popped into my mind.

I like to build my background first. I started with some Marvy Color In watercolor pencils. I colored a big swatches of color, and the went over the whole page with the Marvy Color In Water Brush. This helps blend the color and gives the whole page a softer feel.

After my page dried, I went back and stamped "today" and "tomorrow" from the Today, Tomorrow, To Do planner stamp set in coordinating colors. I left a blank space right in the center so I could stamp "I am with you always" from the Amazing Grace Bible journaling stamp set in black ink.

I felt that my main thought needed a bit more pop, so I grabbed my watercolor pencils again and colored in a few of the letters. I also used a little dot stamp from the Big Trinity stamp set to underline always.

I like to add little tabs to each of my decorated pages in my Bible, so I finished the page of with a little red tab. I used a "remember" sticker from the Planner Icon sticker sheet to label my tab. I'd love to hear where your inspiration for your Bible journaling comes from!

Planner Calendar Ideas by Christine & CHA Winners!

Did you know that SRM has small 6 x 6 calendars that are perfect for year long planners? Christine joining you today to show a couple months out of mine and how I used some of the new products that were just released!

This is not what I use for a detailed planner but it works great for an overview of the big events of the month and is an affordable option.  I used both stamps and stickers on this calendar.  The stickers are a mixture of new and old.  The cute little scissors on March 12th indicate a crop and come from the Planner Icon Sticker set.  I used the Express Yourself/St. Patrick's Day set of stickers throughout - perfect for March!  I also added in some sweet happy faces from the Tiny Stickers/Pastel Assortment.

Stamping is all over this calendar!  I love the versatility of stamps and that you never run out!  I stamped my dates using Clear Stamp/Today Tomorrow Set.   I also added the cute banner using the Clear Stamp/Planner Banner set. And my cross comes from the Clear Stamp/Words of Faith set.

April looks a lot less crazy than March so far for me!  I did both stamping and stickers on this one as well.  I did incorporate some Little Borders/Summer  both into my title and throughout.

I added in the heart from the Clear Stamp/Planner Notes set and then doodled in my own music note.  This month got a lot of stickers from the Calendar Companion set - birthdays and vacations are big in April!

We're looking foward to seeing what you are creating with your new planner supplies - be sure to share them with us on our Facebook Group called Planner Sticker Fun or on Instagram!
