Juliana Michaels used SRM's Sticker Stitches to create a patchwork quilt look for this lovely layout. There are 17 different stitches on each sheet and the stitches are printed on clear. When you put them on paper, it looks like you used a sewing machine, but shhhhhhh don't tell anyone. It's just a sticker!
Juliana cut each sticker 0.25" shorter than the width and/or height of each square/rectangle of patterned paper. She then adhered the stickers around the outside edge of each piece of paper. She used 9 of the 17 different stitch styles available on each sheet of stickers. She used two sheets of Sticker Stitches to complete all of the larger squares/rectangles. Juliana had to use one strip from another sheet of Sticker Stitches to make a stitched border long enough to go around the long orange strip at the bottom.
What a fun and fabulous idea to make a layout look like a quilt. And what quilt is complete without stitching?
Looks like Juliana had a lot of fun creating this project! I love all the different stitches and papers. Simply delicious!
What would you use your Sticker Stitches for? The original Sticker Stitches came in black and now they are available in colors and white!
