December Pocket Page Layout by Tessa

Hello!  It's Tessa joining you today with a fun pocket page layout!  Since we are celebrating everything Bossy Joscie Flair since the beginning of the month, I thought to make a pair of pocket pages with a touch of Flair, Bossy Joscie Flair! 

We are so busy around the holidays!  I always think it would be fun to create an album just for December but when it comes down to it, I just don't have time!  Pocket pages seem to be my answer -- lots of room to display many photos.  Can you spot the Bossy Joscie Flair on this page?

I wanted my pages to be picture heavy but still have some cute embellishments.  I chose stickers from the following sheets:

We've Got Your Stickers Plus/ Christmas Tree

 Sticker Sentiments/ Happy Holidays

Sticker Sentiments/ Winter

Sticker Stitches/ Black

Sticker Months Large/ Sleek

I mixed the stickers with papers from Teresa Collins' Candy Cane Lane line and added a little flair from the Bossy Joscie Modern Christmas collection.  I also used some 4" White Lace Doilies and Stone baker's twine.

 love the look of vellum right now and ended up using quite a bit of it on this layout.  They add a semi-opaque layer that looks really cool over the photos.  Do you spy the pair of Flair on this page?

I created a title panel on my first layout.  The December sticker from the Sticker Months Large/ Sleek sheet worked perfectly for this!  I stuck it down onto the background paper and then added the sentiment from the We've Got Your Stickers Plus/ Christmas Tree right below it.  Below the title, I made a cluster of embellishments including a Bossy Joscie Christmas flair using a doily folded in half as my base.  I love the look of all these goodies together!

Here is a peek at more stickers in action- the Christmas cheer sentiment from the Sticker Sentiments/ Happy Holidays sheet.  It was layered onto vellum and cut out.  On the panel next door, I added a sentiment straight onto the picture- such a fun look!

I added a transparency sheet over this photo and then added sequins and another sentiment from the Sticker Sentiments/ Happy Holidays sheet.

I am already planning to use a pocket page design for this year's December activities!  I love how easy it was to put it all together- especially with cute SRM products!  This was so much fun!

Bossy Joscie Gift Tags by Cassonda

Hello all! Cassonda here to share with you some fun gift tags I created for my packages this Christmas. Thanks for joining in the fun with SRM and Bossy Joscie! 2 GREAT products that work together beautifully. 

One of my favorite things to create is tags. Tags, tags and more tags. I love 'em all! They are small and super fun! 

For these holiday tags I used the back packaging of some BoBunny embellies and added some paint. After the paint dried, I went to town embellishing the front to my hearts content.  Stickers…twine…borders…numbers…doilies...flair and lots of other embellishments too!

 I can't wait to attach these to some packages for Christmas!

Treat Bag with Flair by Tessa

It's Tessa with you today!  I think my favorite treat around the holidays is white chocolate covered Oreo cookies.  Yum!  They are so rich and sweet that I can only have a couple at a time so I like to share.  I popped a couple in some cute treat bags to share with my girlfriends at our upcoming card making party:

Aren't these chevron embossed kraft bags perfect?  I love how the top is left unembossed- it looks great folded over and wrapped with baker's twine.  :)

I stamped this one with gold rings and then splattered it with gold mist.  When the ink was dry, I stuck down that cute Santa sticker from the Quick Cards Believe sheet inside the gold rings.  I added just a bit of the green zig zag from the Sticker Stitches Christmas sheet next.  The heart flair from the Bossy Joscie Modern Christmas collection was the perfect embellishment to finish off my cluster.  I used Peapod baker's twine to wrap around the top and tie in a bow.

I hope these little treats brighten my girlfriends' day!  They sure do make me smile :) They are super quick and easy to make so you still have time for a last minute gift!  Thanks for joining us today!

A Christmas Card with Flair by Michele

Michele here with a festive holiday card to share!  I incorporated these fabulous flair buttons by Bossy Joscie! This set is called, Modern Christmas Flair. I wanted the buttons to stand out, so I added a circle and scalloped circle to "frame" each button.  I also added a healthy dose of glitter. ;)

I added a panel in the back that used a stencil, embossing paste, and a bit more glitter for a bit of texture.  I tied ribbon around the width of the card. I added coordinating jingle bells and twine. 

No card would be complete without the sentiment.  I added SRM's Christmas sentiment sticker. I love how it balanced the look of the flair buttons. 

The holidays are quickly approaching, are you ready?

A Bossy Joscie & SRM Christmas! by Shannon

Hello from Shannon and welcome to another day of Bossy Joscie and SRM Sticker fun!  I'm  a fan of handmade cards, I'm a fan of making handmade cards, I'm a fan of sending handmade cards...basically I'm just a fan. When you combine SRM Stickers and Bossy Joscie together...there is card making success...and it's a pretty awesome one at that. The colors, the sentiment, the feel, it all flows together and makes a perfect card to mail off to someone you love!

Take a look at the card I created using some awesome SRM products and the Bossy Joscie Modern Christmas Flair.

Bossy Joscie Christmas Containers by Shery

Hello, SRM friends! Shery here today with some fun projects!  Did you know that SRM products and Bossy Joscie Flairs go so well together? They do! I put together some Christmas stocking stuffers for my niece and nephews. 

And for my first stocking stuffer, I decorated a Small Clear Purse with lots of SRM goodies including We've Got Your Border Christmas. I layered red and green Punched Pieces, added Green Shimmer Twine, and topped it off with a Bossy Joscie flair.  How merry!



For my second stocking stuffer, I decorated flair from Bossy Joscie's Modern Christmas set, a 2" x 2" Square Box container with Live Life Christmas, Christmas Borders, and Take 2 Christmas stickers.  Love this little cutie!  That flair is the perfect final touch!

 And for my last one, I decorated a Medium Pillow Box with Take 2 Christmas, Sticker Stitches Christmas, Stickers by the Dozen Christmas, and a green Punched Piece.

 Put them all together they spell FUN!  What a merry batch of Christmas treats!

I'm really loving these clear containers, especially the small ones, because they're perfect to put small gifts inside and they are so easy to decorate, no matter what the occasion. You'll find no shortage SRM stickers to do that!

Bossy Joscie by Christine

Bossy Joscie and SRM!  What a fun combination these two companies are!  Hello from Christine! I had such fun playing around with the combination and here's what I created.



I've been wanting to try my hand at making a doily tree for awhile and this was the perfect opportunity.  I folded the 4 inch SRM doilies to a triangular shaping, getting smaller as I went up the tree.  Topping them with Bossy Joscie Flair was the perfect final addition.  

A white sentiment from We've Got Your Sticker - Merry set helped pull the whole thing together - I love how SRM's white stickers just pop!

December Daily by Shannon

Hello!  Shannon Morgan here with a special weekend blog post all about making a December Daily.

Beautiful to look at...ooohing and aahhhing at everyone's delightful creations (except for when you look down at your own desk of chaos), that December Daily Album... it simultaneously creates joy and anxiety in the hearts of paper crafters everywhere! 

Did you know there's really no wrong or right way to create your December Daily? You don't have to document everyday...notice I started with the 2nd? You don't have to have amazingly perfect pages...the point of the December Daily is to create memories for your family...don't forget the true reality of what the DD is. Don't fall prey to comparison, do it your own way. ❤

I'm sharing with you today my December Daily page for 12.2.2014...it's perfectly imperfect. 

I have an odd sized December Daily album this year, but it's ok, it challenges me to scrap in a new way. 

I began with a misted card stock base. The fun part? You can use things from your December experiences and ventures to add directly to your pages...I'm sure you can figure out what this page is going to be about! You'll find SRM We've Got Your Sticker/Merry along the lefthand side, an embossed glassine bag (Chevron 4.75" X 6.75") and We've Got Your Number Extra Large Black to get this page started.

I am a fan of the layering, you may not be. You can continue to add layers like I did, or you can stop here and add your picture. If you want to continue layering, you need a "lighter" layer. SRM Glassine Bags work awesome for this, they're hearty and can take a beating distress wise, but are airy and perfect for a layer feel. I added some Sticker Stitches/Christmas to the Embossed Glassine Bag. I finished off by overlapping a 3 X 4 punched "card" to the layout as shown.

I am ready to add my picture and some love and bits here and there. ❤ You'll find that SRM's Punched Pieces are a perfect fit. I tucked a tag behind the black, large scallop on the left side.  I have a sweet bit of Bossy Joscie Flair too. The Starbucks logo is actually a red cup cut out and corner rounded, I wrapped it with some Charcoal Twine. 

All this December Daily needs now is some final touches and journaling. I added some more Peapod twine to the tag and used some clear adhesive to glue it down. I added a punched heart with a foam dot. There's a sweet Santa (We've Got Your Sticker/Christmas) peeking out at you and some sequins for holiday sparkle! I also added some journaling with tiny alphabet stickers.

Bossy Joscie Cards by Cathy H.

Welcome back to Bossy Joscie week here on the SRM Blog.  Today we are sharing a couple of cards from Cathy Harper created with SRM Stickers and Bossy Joscie Flair.  So much fun! For her first card, Cathy used a gorgeous Silhouette SVG file and a little embossing, then simply embellished with SRM's Say it With Stickers Christmas and a Small Scalloped Green Circle punched piece and a yummy peppermint flair button from Bossy Joscie.

For her next card, Cathy just added some Take 2 borders and another yummy peppermint flair button from Bossy Joscie.  This time she added a layer of vellum to look like a wrapped candy!  Fun!

Bossy Joscie Christmas Treats by Annette Allen

SRM Stickers and Bossy Joscie are teaming up this week.  Now that's what I call FUN!  Annette Allen here with you today to get you ready for Christmas. First up is a fun and fabulous card.  Don't those SRM products look fabulous with Bossy Joscie's flair?

So excited to be sharing SRM Stickers and Bossy Joscie together. 

I am sharing a fun Christmas card using:  We've Got Your Border Christmas, We've Got Your Stickers Plus Christmas Tree, 4" Silver Lace Doilies and Punched Pieces. I topped it with some Bossy Joscie Christmas Flair.

But I am not done yet! :)

You can always use a fun Christmas treat bag for those little gifts.  SRM's Glassine Bags and Christmas Borders worked perfectly with one of Bossy Joscie's peppermint Flair pieces.  YUM!

For this project I used SRM Stickers: We've Got Your Border Christmas, Glassine Bags 5.75x7.75 and again topped with some Bossy Joscie Christmas Flair.

Bossy Joscie by Lorena

Hello everyone! It's Lorena here with a project that combines goodies from SRM and Bossy Joscie. One can never have enough tags ready for the Christmas Season, right? I made a tag trio that came together in no time thanks to this lovely products.

The sentiments come from We've Got Your Sticker - Merry. It has lots of bold sentiments perfect for this time of the year! I also used Sticker Stitches - to "hang" my flair ornaments. Isn't that Bossy Joscie flair adorable? Love the modern twist!

I used Stone solid twine that combined perfectly with the grey tones in the flair, and finished each tag with a dip in white embossing powder to give them a "snowy" touch. Both the tags and the bows were die cut with dies from my stash.  So that's it, three more tags down! Thanks for visiting!
