Mixed Media Project Life Cards by Shanna

Happy Fall Y'all!!  Fall brings some of the best things in life back to me.....including my beloved Pumpkin Spice Latte!!  It's like fall in a cup!  I decided to scrapbook my first PSL of the season this year, and to commemorate it I chose to make a mixed media project life card utilizing some of my favorite SRM products!

Here is what I used:

** SRM Sticker Products**
Coffee Plans  Clear stamp set
BIG Numbers Clear Stamp set

**Miscellaneous Craft Supplies**
Matte Gel Medium
Glass Bead Gel Medium
Decorative Stencils (Brick Motif and line-dots)
Distress Oxide inks in: Marmalade and Vintage Photo
Glossy Accents
Adhesive of choice

I love how the layers all came together to make this card complete... It makes my pumpkin-spice-loving heart happy! I made a quick digi journal card and inked it to match the 4x6 card.  I love the set and can't wait to use it in my album!

My crafty friend Carrie gave me a delicious recipe for an amazing homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte....hop on over to my blog and check it out!

Do you have a favorite fall drink??  Tell me about it in the comments!!

Until next time,

Thanksgiving Decor by Melanie

Hi! Melanie with you today to share something I've made for our home.  I love Thanksgiving--for us it involves gathering with family, sharing memories and making new ones, and (of course) delicious food!

This divided tray has been hanging out in my craft area for awhile, just patiently waiting to be put to use. The individual spaces are perfect for fitting SRM stickers!

I started by choosing some papers with colors that reflect the Fall season here. After cutting them to size and playing with the spaces, I picked out different SRM stickers that fit Thanksgiving.  And some Burlap ribbon too!

To bring in some texture, I filled two of the spaces with burlap. Then I added some leaves from the yard that fell from our trees and a die cut pumpkin. The tag is finished off with Gold Shimmer Twine.

A few weeks ago a friend had some cotton bolls in her kitchen. I loved the look and got some from her. They add a beautifully different look to our entryway and now the tray is the finishing touch.

It is a blessing to have so much to be thankful for. I'm looking forward to seeing this reminder each day.

Bountiful Blessings by Shelly

Hey y'all! Shelly, here!

Today, I'm sharing a simple and sweet fall themed card with you!

I did some simple die cutting for my leaves, which I used with some fall colored cardstock. After, I somewhat rolled and gathered together a little bit of burlap ribbon and jute twine. Then added a mini wood clothespin to hold it all together. Once done, I added some patterned paper to my card base, then my rolled bunched of burlap and jute along with my leaves and sentiment piece.

Simple and sweet, yeah?!...

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Enjoy your day!
