Spring Card Set by Giorgia

Hello SRM friends, Giorgia here and today I want to share a set of cards I created as a gift for a friend: a card set is a little gift that you can make in minutes for your loved ones!

I made these three cards thinking of Spring, so I used pastel colors and flowers.
I used the same patterned papers and the same sketch to create the three cards, so they really are a set!

I used paper scraps to create the cards: when I need to make cards I always dig into my paper scraps box!I added die-cuts, a resin flower and machine stitching on all the cards. As sentiments I used SRM Stickers.

I put the cards in a clear card box: I adhered patterned paper inside it, decorated with SRM Stickers.

I hope to have inspired you to make a card set: it is really easy and fun with SRM stickers.

Until next time,
ciao, Giorgia

Candy Corn Treat Boxes by Shanna

Hello everyone!! Shanna joining you today!
Now that the back to school craziness has come and gone, and we are settling back into routines....that can only mean one thing! Fall and Halloween are just around the corner!!  EEeep! It is my ultimate favorite time of year..I love the color changes outside, definitely LOVE the drop in temperatures, absolutely adore the fact that pumpkin spice lattes are back (YUM!), and of course I love all of the sweet treats that appear on the store shelves in anticipation of Halloween!

So to celebrate it's arrival, I thought I would have some fun making a sweet and corny gift! (hehe)

I grabbed some amazing SRM products for this project, and it whipped together in no time!

Here is what you will need:
Candy Corn (or your choice of sweet treats)
Adhesive of choice (I used double sided foam tape and tape runner)

I started off by layering a cutesy candy corn sticker on an orange scallop, and layered that on top of yellow and black scallops for some fun dimension. I also opted to pop up the orange scallop as well with some foam tape.

I used my border stickers to edge our the box and frame my centerpiece.  I love how the clear base of the sticker lets the candy peek through!  My sentiment piece I decided to adhere to the bottom of my triangle.  Easy peasy!

I also added a paper pieced background to allow it to be a little decorative while empty as well!  All you need to do is trace the triangle side of the box on a scrap piece of cardstock and adhere strips of yellow, orange, and white cardstock to the front and back of your template, making it double sided. Trim the edges to fit inside the Clear Triangle box and you have yourself a background! I added some fun stickers on it as well to help decorate the back of the box since the candy won't be visible.

This would make a great neighbor gift or teacher gift around Halloween!

Thanks for stopping by!
What's your favorite sweet treat for Halloween??

Thanksgiving Table Turkeys by Karen

Kids won't mind getting assigned to the "kids table" when they are greeted with these fun little turkeys!

Start with a clear triangle box. Assemble and fill it with shredded paper (or maybe little treats for your little guests). Use a sharp craft knife to cut 3 "x" marks on each side. This is how you'll insert your crayons (the turkey "feathers") as shown below. They should fit nice and snug.

Decorate the front with a fun little turkey (mine is cut with my die cut machine) and clear border stickers. Don't forget to provide some paper or coloring sheets for the kids, too! For mine, I used a few stamps from the SRM-Faith collections to spell out "Give thanks to God" and will ask the kids to write or draw what they are thankful for. I can collect these and easily add them to my Thanksgiving scrapbook page along with photos of the kids. It will be a sweet way to remember the blessings of the day.

Thanks for visiting. Hope you are inspired to create something wonderful today!

Birthday Plans Gift Set by Amber

Hello SRM Sticker fans! It's Amber here, today I'm sharing this fun Birthday/Thank You ensemble. Store bought birthday invitations and Thank you gifts can be so expensive these days so I thought it would be fun to create and share some I created with my craft supplies.

I created these two Birthday invites using fun patterned paper, a printable invitation I found on Pinterest HERE, SRM Stickers Birthday Plans Clear Stamp Set, coordinating washi tape, pink enamel dots, and mini gold staples. I printed the invitations I found on Pinterest onto some patterned paper from Pink Paislee and jazzed them up with the craft supplies I pulled out ahead of time from my stash. The invitations I printed had this colorful chevron pattern at the bottom which didn't match my color scheme so I covered it up with a strip of patterned paper. After adding my patterned paper strip and embellishments I still thought the invitations looked a little plain so I pulled out a new planner stamp set from SRM Stickers called Birthday Plans and stamped some of the adorable little Birthday images down the left side. Planner stamps are always great for little projects like this. If you don't want to print your invitations like I did SRM Stickers offers some fun clear invitation stickers in the shop HERE.

Love all the fun icons on this stamp!  And that "hooray!" was perfect for my mini card!
I created this cute little matching Thank You gift with one of SRM's Clear Mini Boxes along with the same patterned paper I used for my invites, pink ribbon, and a square Thank You sticker from SRM's Sentiment/Thank You sticker sheet. Of course what is a Thank you gift with out some kind of fun treat. I filled my little treat box some mini sweet candies but you could add any kind of home made treat. Easy peasy right?

I hope you enjoyed my project today! Thanks for visiting!

Happy Halloween by Shelly

Hey y'all! Shelly, here!

Can you believe how fast time just keeps going on by?!...Before we know it, it'll be fall and you know what that means...Halloween! Heehee. :)

So, today I'm sharing a fun Halloween treat container.

You can easily fill it with whatever you like! Candies, little spider rings, mini glow sticks, etc. The possibilities are endless! ;)
*Confession: I would have filled my container with some chocolates...though, they have seemed to 'disappear'. lol*

I decided on doing something nice and easy. Especially since things can be a little hectic around this time of year. I started with adding my sentiment stickers to different colored cardstock and patterned paper. Afterwards, I cut them into little banners. (For my big 'Happy Halloween' sticker, I simply stuck it onto one of SRM Stickers large punched pieces.)  After, I assembled everything together and then added it to my container.
Easy peasy, right?!...

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Enjoy your day!

Peanuts on Parade by Shantie

Hello!  Shantie here today to share a fun project.
Containers, are one of my favorite crafty products, clear containers that offer a colorful peek-a-boo inside are probably the most fun ever!

A panel of patterned paper is embellished with a sweet baby elephant holding a balloon. The balloon is highlighted with a white bistro chalk marker and a twisting twine bow in cantaloupe.  I added a simple greeting of baby love from the we've got your border baby girl and a border from the baby sentiment sheet.

Making favors, gifts, or packages of any kind is just a little more fun and eye catching with a clear box!

Back to School & Thank you Teacher by Lesley

Hello SRM fans! Lesley Croghan here sharing a couple of fun little gifts for back to school time!

SRM Stickers Blog - Back to School & Thank you Teacher by Lesley - #gift #backtoschool #teacher #stickers #embossedglassinebag #stitches

This first project would be something fun and "sweet" to put into your child's lunch on the first day of school! Imagine them finding this little box full of "sugar-free" sweets to share with their new classmates. I used the Freestyle School stickers to decorate the little Mini Box.

I just love the wonderful quotes in the Say it with Stickers/Teacher set. I placed the sentiment on a tag and added some black Sticker Stitches on it too.

Birthday Celebration by Corri

Here's some birthday treats from Corri Garza that are featured in the SRM booth this week at CHA!  Corri loves vinyl and she's made a card and a treat box both featuring SRM's new vinyl!  How fun!

On her card Corri cut out the word "Celebrate" using SRM's white vinyl.  Love how it stands out on the bright red background.

And Corri topped off the card using some borders from SRM's new Take 2 - Birthday Stickers by the Dozen.

Then Corri created a treat box decorating it with a festive party hat made out of vinyl.  She topped off the box with a "happy birthday" sticker from SRM's new Take 2 Birthday design and tied it off with solid twine in red, white and blue!  Corri used SRM's rectangular clear box for this project and filled it with multi colored gum balls.  Yum!

Planning a Halloween party?  SRM's containers and stickers are perfect for invites and favors but they are also perfect for table decor.  Juliana Michaels has created a set of projects for your Halloween table using SRM's small Pillow Box, Clear Rectangular Box, Small Clear Purse, Spider Stickers by the Dozen, Halloween Border Stickers and Twinery Twine in Mandarin Orange and Charcoal Black.  And she's also created a FREE digital cutting file that is both SVG and Studio compatible to use with the clear circle stickers.

Juliana decided that it would be fun to cover SRM's clear containers with lots of delicious Halloween papers and the result is stunning!  Check out the little purse with it's fun and fabulous tag.  And I love the digital cutting file that Juliana has used and shared with us for FREE!

Next Juliana took one of SRM's Clear Rectangular boxes and colored it to coordinate with her other party pieces.  She punched a hole in the top so that it becomes a holder for some spooky straws that are all decorated with Halloween words from SRM's Halloween Borders.  Sensational!

Farewell Party by Nina, Virginia, Tobi, Deana, Melanie, Amy and Clare!

Today as we celebrate the 2013 Mini Term Design Team, we have 7 of our current amazing designers dropping by to share special projects. WARNING:  This post is long with lots of images but well worth it.  Come on in, sit down, relax and enjoy the party.

The first to arrive at our party is the incomparable Nina Brackett who loves to stamp and sticker.  Today she shares an adorable project where she had created a trio of stamped tags and embellished them with SRM white Sticker Stitches, Birthday Border Stickers and Mandarin Twine.

Oh Nina!  Your work is simply beautiful and inspiring.  Thanks for making SRM Stickers look so good!  We have loved having you as part of the SRM family since 2010.  Come back and see us soon!

Next party goer is the fabulous Virginia Lu, (one of the top 5 in the current Gallery Idol competition) also loves to use stamps and stickers.   For this project Virginia embellishes one of SRM's new clear box purses.  First she embosses it, then adds a diecut stamped butterfly with a touch of bling, next adds SRM's Black & White Labels by the Dozen and Fancy Thank You stickers and finishes up with a touch of Charcoal Baker's Twine and a bit of bling.  I love that the purse is filled with Washi Tap.  What a lovely gift for a crafty friend.

Thank you Virginia for all your talent and energy that you have given to the SRM Design Teams.  You are so prolific and each project shines.  I love your style and your enthusiasm.

Oh look who just dropped in!  It's Tobi Crawford who also loves to use stamps and stickers and she loves all of SRM's wonderful container products.  So Tobi has created a gift card and matching gift box as a Thank You present.  YUM!

First Tobi created this beautiful thank you card using SRM's Fancy Sticker Sentiments.  Her stamping and die cuts are exquisite!

Tobi then took one of SRM's 2 x 2 x 2 clear boxes and took it from fun to FABULOUS!  Tobi again used SRM's Fancy Thank You Sticker on the tag and created a beautiful diecut butterfly to adorn the top of the box.  Perfection!

Put them together and you have the perfect way to say "Thank You".

And thank you Tobi for all the beautiful projects that you have created using SRM over the years.  Your work is amazing and we have been so lucky to have you as part of the SRM family.  Come see us anytime.  We'd love to have you as a guest designer.

Deana Boston is never one to miss a party and I see she's in the house!  Deana loves the new Kraft Bags and she used one as an envelope for a Thank You card.  Adorable!

The daisies are from SRM's Stickers by the Dozen Thank You design.  And Deana could not resist using the white Sticker Stitches.  They are fun!  I love this color combo Deana.  Your projects always have such great energy.

Thank you Deana for all your fabulous projects over the years.  I've loved having you on 3 of our Design Teams.  I think that you and Nina Brackett share that record.  And please do come see us any time.  We would love to have you!  In the words of Deana Boston:  "SRM products are amazing & I'm a life-long  fan of SRM Stickers!"

So glad that Melanie Jarocki has dropped by.  She's brought with her the most adorable layout.  What a photo!  Melanie loves this photo of her little guy as he  is so proud to have climbed up on the milk box all by himself, and then gave her a big smile while she took the photo.  Precious!

Melanie used white Sticker Stitches to add some definition to the yellow blocks of paper, and also as an underline of "love" on the yellow banner. Then she adhered the "I love you" sentiment to border the photo and again along the bottom of the colors. Love those mini sentiments!

One of Melanie's favorite ways to use the new glassine bags from SRM is to hold her journaling on layouts. She trimmed the top off a bag and slid the journaling box inside.

So what does Melanie think about her SRM Stickers?  Just heard her say:  "SRM products ROCK and I feel tremendously blessed to have been a part of two SRM teams. Thank you, Susan, for inviting me to be a part of your work."  Thank you Melanie for all your beautiful projects over the years and for dropping by today.  Please come back to see us again.  You will always be part of the SRM family.

Just saw Amy Crockett come into the party.  What a talent!  Her cards are perfection.  Amy can do it all and she's sharing 2 very different cards today both using SRM Stickers of course!

The first card Amy created using dry embossing.  Then she added a big beautiful image from SRM's We've Got Your Sticker Plus that also includes some fun sticker stitches on the product. Topped off with a bright yellow ribbon and you have a wonderful thank you card and you can make 4 of these cards from just one sticker!

Amy's second card is one that was inspired by a card on Pinterest.  She just *knew* that the sticker stitches would look great on this card.  Using Sticker Stitches Halloween, Valentine and Black on this project as well as the We've Got Your Sticker - Hello and Solid Caribbean bakers twine.  Can you say YUM?

Thank you Amy for being a part of the SRM team and always creating the most beautiful projects.  Whether making cards, TUBES, mini albums or layouts, Amy's work is always amazing. As Amy was leaving the party I just heard her say:  "I will always love and use the yummy SRM Stickers."  So happy to hear that Amy!

Oh my!  Look who's here!  It's Clare Buswell and no SRM party would be complete without her presence!  Clare has provided us with so many "Oh Clare" moments where we simply {{SIGH}} at the beauty of her creations and today is no exception.  Let's take a look at what Clare has done with SRM clear containers and stickers.   She's made a thank you card and matching gift bag using the new Clear Small Purse.  She just loves to emboss these clear containers! (And so do I!)

She first ran the small purse through the embossing machine.  She then lightly sanded the surface and picked out the details with acrylic paint.  She used SRM's Thank You Sticker Sentiments and Sticker Stitches on the Tag.

Clare embossed the card with the same embossing folder and then added another sentiment from the Thank You Sticker Sentiment and Sticker Stitches in black and white top and bottom.  A touch of twine and a big beautiful ribbon and she's done!

As Clare was leaving the party she said:  "I've had the best time on this team. I never thought I could love stickers as much as stamps but I do now! You've been very generous and I think I still have enough stickers left to last a lifetime! You'll still be seeing plenty of creations from me using SRM Stickers!"  Oh thank goodness Clare.  So happy to hear that we'll be seeing lots more from you.  We can't get enough of your beautiful creations!

Thanks for joining us today for our Farewell Party in celebration of the mini term team that served from January 2013 - June 2013.  All of the team members have loved being a part of the SRM Design Team experience and they hope that you enjoyed all the inspiration that they delivered day after day.  What a team!  What a blessing! Hope that all of these team members will be dropping by in the future to share more of their talents as guest designers. We will miss them all as we say "Farewell...until we meet again".
