Home Sweet Home by Shantaie

Hi there! Shantaie here today to share a stamped card that is close to my heart.  I know for me home really is where my heart is, I travel for work and spend my time divided between two homes. I spend some months in Florida and some in New York.....it's not as romantic as it may sound as its all for business, but as long as my family is with me my heart is full!

"Home" comes in all shapes and sizes too, I made this card in honor of a friend who is selling her home and downsizing to a sweet little camper, what an exciting and fun adventure she is about to embark on! I felt a shaker card filled with pretties was the perfect way to go as a nod to her "shaking up" her life in such a bold and beautiful way! Sounds like so much fun doesn't it?

I used the super cute Jane's Doodles Home Sweet Home stamp set to create the house, clouds and hearts, and of course the sentiment stamped to a tag.

The card is wrapped with a lace bow and accented with gold shimmer twine  and an epoxy button. The coloring is always so much fun for me, I used copics to shade the clouds and house, and those floating hearts!

A house or a hut home is most certainly where your heart resides! XOXO Shantaie

March Planner Pages by Juliana

Hello SRM friends! It's Juliana, and I'm here to share how I've decorated my March planner pages with you. I'm starting to find my grove with decorating my planner. At least I think so, and one thing is for sure...SRM stickers are the perfect addition to any planner.

I especially love using the We've Got Your Border Stickers to dress up washi tape. On this one, I used the "Happiness Is..." from the We've Got Your Border Bright.

Aren't those little chicks on the We've Got Your Border Pastel just perfect for Easter?

I also love to use the Year of Memories 2016 stickers to add the year and the birthday banner stickers from the Calendar Companion are perfect for making note of the birthdays this month.

As most people know, St. Patrick's Day is this month, and the shamrock from the Express Yourself St. Patrick's Day Stickers was calling out to be used on March 17th.

What are your favorite SRM Stickers to use in your planner? One thing is for sure, SRM has you covered when it comes to decorating your planner!

HUGS!

I love this stamp set, it just makes me happy.
The images are so fun to color and how about those sentiments?
Perfect for cheering that special someone up.

I tried my hand at no line coloring again. This really does make for a fun card when you stamp your background. No patterned paper here just stamps and coloring.

Thanks for stopping by.

Easter will be here soon! SRM has some fun products that will get you in a festive mood this season. Angi here to share a hippity hoppity fun project with you!

I love SRM's 3" x 4" Rustic Linen bags. They are the perfect size for Easter treats. I decorated the front of my bag with the Express Yourself - Easter stickers. I also decorated some Small Clear Pillow Boxes with the same stickers. Be sure to fill them with jelly beans or other small candy.

It's fun to get the kids involved with this project too! They would love making their own mini Easter bags.  A great idea for some fun family craft time!

St. Patrick's Day Favor Box by Amy

Hello!!  This is Amy here to share a fun favor treat box with you using the awesome Clear Clover Treat Box.  We always have a fun St. Patrick's day here at our house.  My oldest daughter was born on St. Patrick's day and she loves to celebrate her birthday with green.  I thought it would be fun to throw together a fun treat box for her and some for her friends this year.

I used the Bright Blank Labels by the Dozen on the treat container and added some more stickers from  We've Got Your Sticker - Happy to jazz it up and also for the "happy birthday" at the bottom of the container.  I also added a row of Christmas Sticker Stitches in green.

The container is filled with Chocolate Mint M&M's (my daughter's favorite flavor combination).....perfect for the green theme.  I finished off the container by tying some Peapod bakers twine from The Twinery around the top of it.  This container would be fun any way to decide to decorate it up!!

Do you have a special way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day?
Hope that this project has inspired you to an a treat box to your celebration!

Have a great day!

You're the IRISH Cream…little borders card by Shantaie

Sláinte! I do love a good cup of coffee, and a little word play too! With St.Patricks day on its way I thought it would be fun to add a little Irish twist to the Coffee Time stamp set by coloring a trio of cups in green and orange and adding an Express Yourself St. Patricks Day sticker to alter the sentiment just a bit.

I used several rows of the Little borders as a foundation for my cups o' coffee and they are so cute, like little colorful stacks of happiness! I love it when I realize that there are tons of ways to use a product, it makes me feel like I have this mighty little hidden multi-tasker waiting to spring into action! These Little Borders sure do have big potential! :)

Shaker Box Card by Juliana

Hi everyone! It's Juliana here with you and today I'm sharing a shaker card I made using the adorable Jane's Doodles Coffee Time stamp set. I might be a little partial to this stamp set, since I kind of love coffee, but this has to be one of my favorite stamp sets yet!

I stamped each of the images onto watercolor paper and colored them in using a variety of Distress Inks. I then fussy cut each image and layered them on the card front.

To create the shaker aspect, I used Fun Foam, double sided adhesive and some circle dies.  I always find filling the shaker to be the most fun! I used the gold heart sequins to help focus on the sentiment "You warm my heart".  Aren't those gold heart sequins fabulous?

So what kind of fun cards do you like to create? Have you ever tried your hand at a shaker card? If not, I highly recommend giving it a try. They are super fun to make and even more fun to give!

SRM Vinyl Fun by Annette

Happy Day SRM Stickers Friends...
Annette Allen here with you today.

Today I am getting crafty with...

I love playing with vinyl and using my silhouette makes it so easy to design fun images and sayings just like this one. You can find this saying in the Silhouette store.

Now it is time to do away with the negative space of the vinyl. I used some fine pointy tweezers but you can use anything sharp just make sure to only get rid of the vinyl that will not be used.

Oh I love it…

Now it is time to use that handy dandy Transfer Tape. This helps with keeping the vinyl in place so you get the perfect transfer. I also used a scraper just to make sure I did not get any bubbles.

Final step place on your surface and rub again with finger or if you have something flat use that. I am putting this fun saying on my planner cover and the best thing is if I want to change it again I can. All I have to do is peel it and make another. That's the fun of vinyl.

Thanks for stopping by.
Happy Vinyl Crafting.
