Graduation Party by Shantaie

Hi, and welcome back to SRM, I'm Shantaie signing in with a gold and glamorous graduation party!

My niece is graduating in a few weeks, she wants her event to be memorable, and unique!  The best part of being a paper crafter is being able to customize premade items, like these cards I picked up at the dollar spot in Target. A few little details and a sheet of SRM thank you stickers I can make a dozen thank you cards for her to send after the party!

No party is a party without a cake or cupcakes! These cupcake toppers are quick because I picked up the pleated circles as part of a banner package, there were 8 for 3.00 and all I did was add a gold banner, and the SRM round sticker by the dozen take 2 graduation stickers and a stick to insert into the cupcake. These literally took 15 minutes total!

Invitations are the "headliner" to any party, and as we are doing a casual glamorous party, these simple but elegant cards are perfection! I love the fun 2016 sticker under the gold embossed graduation cap, a quick peel and stick and they are ready to go!

I used the chevron embossed glassine treat bags and filled them with chocolates of gold and lavender that match the party. They are folded closed, and topped with a doily and layers of ribbon and paper flags, and sealed with a clothespin. A luxurious gold tassel is adorned with a 2016 sticker tag, and the flag to the left is sporting a sticker sentiment from the graduation stickers by the dozen take 2.

Graduation Invite & Favor by Corri

Corri Garza has created a graduation invitation and favor bag in the colors of the local high school, orange and black.  Left over Halloween papers came in handy for this project! 

Corri used her Cameo to cut this gate fold card but replaced the graduation cap in the file with a starburst and then popped a SRM Graduation Stickers by the Dozen image on it. The 2014 sticker is from SRM's 2014 Year of Memories sheet.  

She added an invitation sticker for the interior of her card from SRM's We've Got Your Invite and used some clear sticker sentiment words from Express Yourself Graduation.  

For her favor bag Corri used a SRM Glassine Bag and cut a graduation cap from SRM's new Vinyl using Black for the cap and Orange for the tassel.  She topped the bag off with a Thank You clear sticker from Stickers by the Dozen Thank You and orange and black solid twine.  How fun and festive!

Put it all together an it spells G-R-A-D-U-A-T-I-O-N!  What a perfect pair!

For your party, just change up the school colors and you are good to go! 

Happy New Year by Roberta

With some SRM New Year's stickers and an invitation sticker Roberta Rosi made an invitation , a decorative flag and a party favor for a New Year's Eve dinner.  

Roberta used white and ivory card stock glittered gold paper and some black for the invitation and the flag.

In the tube, she put magical sparklers and some confetti to help celebrate the arrival of the new year.  She decorated the tube simply with one sticker and some twine.

Using a blank "You're Invited" sticker, Roberta mounted it on white card stock and tucked it into a pocket, added a touch of glitter paper and twine.

Girl's Night Out Party by Lesley

As a way of saying "Thank You" to some of her good friends, Lesley Croghan has decided to throw party!  She thought it would be fun to create some party decor, have a few friends over on the deck to enjoy the summer weather and have a little friendship celebration.  What a good idea! 

Every party needs an invitation and that's no problem for Lesley.  She created this bright and beautiful invite using SRM's Blank You're Invited Sticker.  

She added some stitching to the invite to give it a more homespun look and feeling.  It fits perfectly with Lesley's deck picnic theme.  Are those stitches real  or Sticker Stitches?  Hard to tell. But look closely and you'll see green stitches from the red/green/white Sticker Stitches.  

A picnic is not complete without some cute cups and they just great for holding napkins, cutlery and straws.  Love the chocolate dipped strawberries that Lesley used to decorate her cups. Those are SRM's We've Got Your Sticker PLUS Strawberry design.  Lesley also used SRM's Thank You Stickers by the Dozen as the sentiment that decorates each straw.

For party favors Lesley used SRM's Glassine bags and put some "girly" travel sized creams and body washes inside.  They fit perfectly!  She then used some Labels by the Dozen Valentine design to decorate a red card stock sleeve that she slipped over the bags. She left the labels blank so she could write the names of her friends on them.  Hmmmm...who wants to come party with Lesley? :)

Here's the whole ensemble!  Lots of fun and easy to put together.  You friends will feel super special and loved!  You could use this idea for bridesmaids, rehearsal dinners, colleagues or dear old childhood friends.  Such a fun way to celebrate your friends and to thank them for their amazing friendship.

Invitations by Virginia

We all know that Virginia Lu loves to combine stickers and rubber stamping.  A true blue rubber stamper, SRM Stickers made their way into Virginia's heart about 3 years ago and there's been no turning back!  

Today Virginia shares with us a set of 4 one-layer stamped and stickered invitations that are great for any occasion. She used SRM's You're Invited clear sticker.

 Virginia took a variety of colored card stocks, stamped the darling image called "Children at the Table" by Hero Arts and then mounted her clear sticker.  Love how she cut the "you're invited" and mounted it on a white cardstock banner.
