Let the Sea Resound Card by Michele

Good morning crafty friends! 

Michele here with a card using the  Heaven & Earth stamp set.  I love repeating a small stamp to make an interesting background.  I stamped this little fish on a tag and hand drew some bubbles in between.  I colored the fish with Copic markers.

I added shadows under each fish for more depth and applied glossy accents.  

I added a few layers of card stock and adhered my tag.  I tied charcoal twine to the top and stamped the sentiment in black to finish off the card.
