Spring Card by Cassonda

Who's ready for spring? Cassonda here to share with you a sweet card to get ready for the nicer, brightly colored weather coming soon!

My card is a crisp white base...the whitest I could find. I really wanted all the color to POP off the card. The papers are new from Doodlebug and so adorable for spring

. 

After I layered the papers, ribbons and lace I went to town embellishing the card. But what about that sentiment? It's from the spring sticker sentiment.  

See that sweet little bee up there? It's from the Jane's Doodles Clear Stamp Garden Friends set . So fun!

For my little tag pocket, I cut a flourish embossed kraft bag to the size I needed for a small tag to fit inside. Then I adhered all the edges. I stamped, punched and tied a solid pink sorbet twine bow to the top of the tag. To view the tag, I tore down the middle to open it up a little and rolled the edges. The last embellishment was to add some rolled paper flowers.
