Operation Write Home Bloghop

 Welcome to SRM Stickers!  We are very excited to be participating in this Bloghop in celebration of Memorial Day and Operation Write Home.  Three of our design team members have joined in the fun so sit back, relax and enjoy!  And be sure to leave a comment for a chance to WIN this patriotic prize packet of SRM's Patriotic stickers. 



Now for some inspiration!  Here's a beautiful stamped and stickered card from Design Team member Shelly Kurth.  {{SIGH}} What a beauty!  Shelly followed this OWH sketch #110.


Shelly created a red, white and blue card that's all about love!  Love that big, bold stamped flower!  Love the SRM Fancy "I Love You" sentiment!  Love that SRM Doily that's just the perfect touch! 


Next up is DT member Corri Garza with a fun and fabulous Red, White & Blue card using SRM's patriotic Say it with Stickers.  That sticker is in our Prize Packet!  Love the little red embellishments.  A perfect finishing touch to this card.


Here's a card from Angi Barrs.  She is such a talented crafter and she is also a Veteran who has proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

For her card, Angi followed sketch #201.  

 

Angi created a card using reds and blues that are not your traditional colors.  Using SRM Thanks Borders, she trimmed the bottom of her card which is punched with a big, bold, beautiful star topped off with bling.  Love the SRM Doily popping out from inside the card!  Simply stunning!

    The SRM stickers have fonts and sentiments for all different types of cards. They are a great way to add embellishment to your card. I really like the sentiment on Corri's card as it's a mix of grunge and type. Thanks for participating in OWH BlogHop.

    I love the last card. I always have trouble with how to use "busy" print paper. That simple star cut out really pops, especially with the added bling.

    I've never been able to use stickers effectively, and all 3 of your cards have inspired me to try again! I especially liked the Stars and Stripes Forever card -- mounting the sticker and then matting it is a GREAT idea! Thank you!

    All of the cards on your page are just lovely. I love the layouts. The first card is stunning. The font used is so elegant. The second card is just perfect for this Memorial Day weekend or the Forth of July. Again, another great font on the stickers. I like how the bling is in the middle of the star on the third card.     I loved the diversity of each card presented today on this blog. I really enjoyed all three cards, each has a special touch in composition which is phenomenal. The card with the red flower outline was special as a focal point and could be used for any occasion.

    I like these cards. Love the big flower-always like cards in the color group that stray from traditional images...
    The second one is a lot of fun w/o being cluttered....
    The third one, with non conventional shades is cool. I always like a cutout like that one. :)

    What beautiful cards! I love the big stamped flower and the effect on that! Gorgeous! And I love the stars on the other 2 cards. I often put stars and memorial day together and love the red white and blue!

    Enjoyed each card, I'm a big an of using red,white, blue for cards, and the variety was perfect. My #! choice is Stars and Stripes - using sticker choice is a nice alternative. Thanks for your support to the troops.

    Hi first time ever to your site. I love the stickers. And what a great way to use them. I would not have thought of matting them, such a great idea. i love that gorgeous flower card, and the stars one of course with the matting of the sticker but i also love that the mat covers part of that big star..and the last card with the unusual colors and that awesome chevron paper.
