What fun for SRM to welcome Margie Romney-Aslett to our blog today to play with SRM Container products and Bazzill patterned papers!
Margie Romney-Aslett is a daughter, a sister, a friend, a mother, a scrapbooker, a teacher and designer. If you asked her she would say, “I’m just a girl.” Margie started scrapbooking after the birth of her first child and has seen and been part of industry changes over the years as a product designer. She has been working for Bazzill for the past two-years and loves it! Margie has taught all over the United States and world. Margie loves getting out and meeting other women who have the same passion for paper-crafting in common. If you have ever taken one of Margie’s classes you know she is full of energy, laughs and fun! Margie is a girlie girl, loves the color pink, a great pedi and putting together a beautiful outfit from head to toe! Margie has four beautiful children. Having two adult daughters and two adult sons keeps her hip to all the latest trends, full of energy and hard working!
We sent Margie some of SRM's new containers and stickers to play with and she was off and running. She loves the new kraft bags and decided to team one with lots of SRM Sticker goodness and Bazzill's Lucy's Crab Shack patterned papers. Can you spot the 2014 mini calendar, the new Sticker Stitches in pink (pink's her favorite color) and the new Year of Memories 2014 tab? Margie layered the stickers on top of layers of doilies, paper and embellishments. Love the trio of flowers. Wouldn't this make a perfect gift bag for a June birthday?
Margie loves the new clear boxes and she took the rectangular one, decorating it with patterned papers, cardstock, flowers and a fabulous and fancy button. Then Margie added one of SRM's new Birthday Labels by the Dozen. These colors are totally YUM!
What a treat to have Margie Romney-Aslett visit us today. Thank you for all your crafty goodness Margie. In celebration of her visit, SRM is giving away all the sticker and container products that Margie used for her projects. Leave a comment here on the SRM Blog. Also leave this comment on the Bazzill Facebook for another chance to WIN some Bazzill goodies: "We love SRM and Bazzill."
Join us tomorrow for our final day of our week of Bazzill/SRM when Tessa Buys creates a party that you will not want to miss!
