Welcome! As you know from yesterday's post, this month's theme at SRM Stickers is, "Celebrate Life". Nina put together a tutorial for you - sit back and enjoy!
Supplies:
Cardstocks: Ocean Mist and Ivory (Gina K Designs), Melon Berry (Papertrey Ink)
Patterned Papers, Chipboard Stickers: Material Girl Collection (Cosmo Cricket)
Fibers: Melon Berry satin (Papertrey Ink), Green Gingham (Joanns), burlap strings (May Arts), green satin (Metro), ricrac and lace
Accents: Melon Berry buttons (Papertrey Ink), Spring buttons assortment (Gina K Designs)
Letter Stickers: Tiny Type (Cosmo Cricket)
SRM Stickers: Express Yourself Mother's Day, Express Yourself Birthday, Express Yourself Everyday Life, Freestyle Baby Girl, Say It With Stickers Mother's Day, Year of Memories 2010, Calendar Months Large Sleek
Other: Photos
Tools: Sewing machine
Measurements:
2 sheets each:
8.5" x 5.5" Ocean Mist CS
8.5" x 5.5" Melon Berry CS
2 feet of Melon Berry ribbon
Instructions:
Score cardstocks in half, fold.
Arrange cardstocks to overlap as follows.
Mark pages that will be decorated with a pencil. These will be covered, so don't worry about leaving a mark.
Decorate each page.
Apply strong adhesive tape on the overlapping sides. Adhere.
Wrap melon ribbon around. Tape on the back of the piece.
Adhere a piece of patterned paper on the back.
Decorate back and tie ribbon.
